I don’t normally write reviews but Hotel Minos was an excellent experience all around

We travel a LOT and this is one if the most charming hotels we've encountered. The staff is incredibly gracious, the hotel is in a great location, its very clean and new, and the breakfast was over the top. I highly recommend it!

Our stay there was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean. Our trip has been so awesome that we plan to come back again

We had a great stay at the Minos Boutique, mainly thanks to Ionnis’s exceptional breakfast and sense of humor. The staff at the hostel is very friendly and professional. Merci beaucoup !

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Minos. Lovely room with amazing sea view, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast freshly prepared with an excellent range / choice available. The owners were charming and very helpful. I highly recommend Hotel Minos and will stay again.

The hotel is on the top of the cliff in Agia Galini and the rooms on that side have fantastic views with south facing balconies. Our room was on the ground floor so was brilliant for people watching on the small road that passes between the hotel and the cliff edge. Location wise, the hotel,is well placed for going into the village which is a two minute steep walk to the right or down to the places on the beach which are a less steep three minute walk down to the left. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and speak good English (and good German and some French by the sound of the breakfast conversation). We'd definitely book to stay there again.

Small hotel, family run, made you feel right at home, great breakfast, room 5 had the most fantastic view of the harbor, great to sit on the balcony in the evening

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home! The owners Marilena & Giannis welcomed us to Minos with genuine kindness. Check in was easy & efficient with Marilena explaining room details & general Minos information as she showed us our room. We were given a delightful room with water views. The entire complex is spotlessly clean & tidy, with a delightful breakfast area, books to read & easy access to the property from front or rear entries. Marilena offered us useful information on the local area, showing us on our map, some lovely drives to a number of different beaches & villages. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful, with a variety of dishes each morning, including local Cretan breakfast dishes. Nothing was a problem, Marilena helped us with printing out of flight boarding passes the evening before we left. Overall a delightful stay. Highly recommended!! Etablissement au Top. Chambre avec balcon face a la mer, très calme, spacieux et confortable. Petit déjeuner extraordinaire. Personnel très agréable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Tout était parfait : hôtel agréable bien situé dans le village ( plage à 2 minutes) , bien situé pour visiter la région, personnel au top souriant, serviable, propreté impeccable et superbe petit déjeuner
