Hotel is tired not a lot of atmosphere needs a brighten up rooms are good size breakfast was good

I was very pleased with this hotel. Large apartment style room, close to the center. Easy parking. Clean. Staff was excellent. Bed was comfortable. I have no complaints!

It was a great price for what we got.

I genuinely expected the parking at this property to be included. There is no photo showing the barrier/boom to enter leave the property. I found this a little misleading. The charge was only €12 overnight. There is no viable alternative. Overall it’s a good property and close enough to one of the prettiest towns I’ve encountered on my road trip!

Just in outskirts of Llanes within easy short walking distance of bus station and then the Town itself. Nice room although no air conditioning which meant very hot overnight. Good breakfast.

Terribly limited dinner menu for vegetarians or pescatarians. Otherwise wonderful staff and good (if somewhat dated) hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We stayed in the older building so there was a little oxidation on the faucets. My only real gripe is you have to pay for parking on property.

Lovely comfortable hotel within walking distance of Llanes. The car park was controlled by barriers using number plate recognition so felt safe and there were plenty of spaces. The staff were all very friendly.

The Expedia listing is very misleading. It's advertised as having a pool, however when you arrive you learn that it's €22 per person per visit (the lady at the pool reception desk kindly waited until we'd changed into our trunks to tell us). There was nothing during the booking process that indicated this. When I contacted them, Expedia's customer "service" people spent an hour lying to me, saying that the booking said that the pool wasn't free (they could not send me either an email or a link as evidence, however). When this didn't work, they told me that since the pool's not explicitly listed as free, it's at the hotel's discretion. I look forward to being told the same thing about, say, sheets or hot water in future. The listing also says there's a laundry, which there isn't. I was planning to do some, so it was annoying. As for the hotel itself, it's quite an elegant building in nice grounds, but it's seen better days. The roadside rooms get a lot of traffic noise, and there's no aircon, so you get to choose between too hot and too noisy. Breakfast is half hearted. Coffee's OK, small selection of limp fruit. Sometimes there's tortilla, depending on what time you go. Fresh squeezed juice is a nice touch, except for the dead flies. Llanes is a beautiful town with some terrific walks in the mountains, but I'd stay in a different hotel. I probably won't use Expedia again, which is a shame because they were my default booking service for a while.

Un bon séjour, mais pas de d'équipement boissons chaudes dans la chambre... et... pour le petit déjeuner du matin j'aurais aimé au moins une machine à café qui fournisse ne serait qu'un semblant de café.
