The hotel is conveniently located opposite Vincom Shopping Center, about 500 meters from Buon Ma Thuot Market, making it easy to walk there. The reception staff handled check-in and check-out quickly and cheerfully, and the security guards and bellman were extremely enthusiastic. The breakfast buffet had few options and wasn't highly rated overall; the food was acceptable. If you're visiting the center of Buon Ma Thuot and don't have overly high expectations, I think this hotel is decent.
