Felt more like a dorm room or a motel, not a hotel. Walls in the room were so dirty, No elevator, no TV connection, no bathroom fan. Beds are very soft. Staff was nice. Not a $300 / night hotel

Easy check-in, clean room and hallways. Air-conditioned with parking. Staff was helpful. Raj was great, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Took time to help get a cab when we couldn't. Will stay here again.

For 350 dollars I expected a lot more than what got but everything is booked solid so I guess the majority of people are OK with it.

Great location, friendly staff although only available for emergency situations over night. There is an ice machine and a coffee machine in the lobby, but no water available on site. Next time we will bring a case to keep in the mini fridge.

Very nice place.

Reception hardly available. Room was not cleaned over the two days. Had to continuously ask for towels, tissue and toilet roll. It took several hours to respond. Had no elevator.

The rooms were clean and fresh and the hotel is super close to the beach!

There was blood on our sheets when we turned them down for the night. Staff was responsive and apologetic. Problem was solved. Still don’t understand how staff did not see/or solve this problem when turning the room over from the last guest. Lesson for us this weekend. Smell the room before bringing belongings to room (one of our other hotels). Turn down the sheets prior to bedtime (at least but likely when we arrive) to avoid this situation.

Shower was leaking on floor. Notified staff & they said they would contact a professional to fix problem. Hair dryer support was falling off wall. Needs to be repaired.

A/C was excellent during the heat. There's parking, and beds were good. No complaints from the 8 of us that used the rooms.

The air conditioner was dripping from the moment we turned it on... the floor was soaked and we had to use all the towels in the room to dry up the floor, and keep it from running across the room. Was dripping so much that it sounded like smacks on the wet towels. Previous water damage on the floors and door, obviously this was an ongoing issue. On the way out we noticed other opened doors were also full of water right below the ac unit.

Hotel and rooms very well maintained and very clean. Great air conditioning . Lots of parking. Walking distance to beach, shopping and great food. Staff very friendly.

The bedroom was dirty and not in good condition. We were in a huge rush once we checked in to get to a wedding and it was late already so we did not have time to consider changing hotels, or else we would’ve tried to leave. There was hairs in the bathroom, the inside of the toilet was not clean, the wall behind the bed had a big streak of a mucus looking substance. The worst part, however, was that the entire bedroom smelled like sulfur, and we had to sleep with the window open. My husband never wants to complain or leave a hotel and this was the first time he felt like it was bad enough that maybe we should try to. Unfortunately, everything was booked up and we couldn’t find anywhere else to go.
