Amaing place to stay. Location is great, right next to Gran Via for great food and shopping as well as the Metro for easy travel.

The hotel is located in a historic building and it has been updated. But the decour is quite poor. The corridors are dark and the room's furniture are quite simple. The reception lounge is furnished with quite strange sofas and no professional design seems to be involved.

eXCELLENT ROOM AND AIR CONDITIONING

It was a delight to come back to the hotel after a week of traveling. It’s still beautiful and comfortable. We added breakfasts this time and they were phenomenal. The staff is awesome, very professional and caring. I especially appreciate William, Lucia and Igor. They are super attentive and welcoming.

It was actually my first time traveling by myself without my parents and everyone made everything as smooth as possible. Very nice people genuine I will definitely consider on staying here again.

Hotel did not have airport shuttle as advertised on hotels.com Self parking which was advertised by hotels.com was $5/hour, should just state valet parking available. Subway runs below hotel that is why they advertise sound proof rooms.

From checking in to their cleanliness, restaurants and housekeeping staff and unforgettable stay. The breakfast buffet was really outstanding, and the spa I got a massage from Lucia and she was great. The location is incredible, it is close to everything. I had a tour through Barcelo Experiences and I could not access the museum but one quick call to William at the front desk from the museum and he immediately resolved the issue for me. I will most definitely be stayi bff at this hotel again when I return to Madrid ♥️🌸

Juan from the front desk was very helpful and polite. Our room was beautiful, spacious and stacked with all the toiletries and amenities we needed. The view of plaza España and gran via from our balcony was amazing !

Beautiful hotel at the unbeatable location. The stuff was very attentive and supportive. Lucia and Igor went above and beyond to help with what we needed . Everyone else was very nice as well. Beds are super comfortable, functional and large enough bathrooms. We had drinks and a cheese board at the restaurant downstairs, the bartender was very cool with a good sense of humor. We are looking forward to return to the hotel soon. It made our stay in Madrid very memorable.
