Fabulous B&B Patti our host was lovely and very friendly. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean with tv and tea and coffee making facilities ( with delicious shortbread too!). B&B was in great location handy for shops and restaurants.

Fantastic B&B. High quality, comfortable bedroom with en suite. Tv and tea/coffee in room. Incredible breakfast as high a standard as you could ask for. Owner very welcoming. 10mins walk into town. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had mixed feelings about Brae House. We arrived around 8.00 pm. And felt that our host was less than enthusiastic about our arrival. We were immediately told to take off our shoes at the front door. This was not optional. No slippers were provided. Breakfast we discovered was between 7.30 and 8.30 pm with absolutely no flexibility. It felt as if we were an inconvenience rather than welcome guests. The bed was comfortable, accomodation clean and breakfast was standard fare but fine.Overall not very impressed

Very friendly and extremely helpful. Food was excellent and the local area really beautiful. We appreciated many special touches with the provision of tea/coffee/home made biscuits and sparkling water. One very minor quibble, a double-bed size duvet, instead of two singles, would have helped.

Very nice clean room.Was not all that impressed with having to leave my shoes at the front door. Parking a bit difficult.Also room not ideal for someone with a disability as at the top of steep stairs.Breakfast well presented.

Beautiful setting, splendid house with all mod cons. Very friendly and helpful owners. Excellent freshly prepared breakfast. Can easily walk into town or the hills from the front door.
