From the moment of arrival to checkout the staff was amazingly helpful. They accommodated our early arrival, got us extra bedding, arranged our taxi to airport and even pointed us in the right direction for the little things we wanted to see/do. Highly recommend this hotel and will rebook on our return trip to Greece!!!

I was very disappointed in my stay at Electra Metropolis Athens. I intentionally paid additional money for a superior room with a double bed and a city view. When I checked in they gave me a standard room with a view of the brick wall looking across at other buildings and a small single bed. This was not a superior room as displayed online. When I complained nothing was done to accommodate me. I was very unhappy with my stay at this hotel. Be very careful when booking. This hotel does not have superior rooms with double beds and a city view. It’s false advertising!

Great stay, central to all of the best sites

Good breakfast, BEAUTIFUL VIEW and great location , small spa , impossible to get to use it . They were all booked. You must book to use anything indoor spa , make sure make the reservation few weeks before you get there.

Breakfast was amazing and it had a wide variety to choose from. It was a great start to the day. Hotel is within walking distance to everything. Very happy we stayed there.

Did not like check in process was given the room which was not expecting specially I emailed weeks in advance for better room and advices room will be given but on check in it was turned down. Gym is very small. Best part of the property for me was roof top bar and roof top bar staff . I enjoyed food and breakfast best I had for long time.

Perfect hotel location and perfect services and attitude by the entire staff to make sure our 5 night stay was perfect. Great room, very good breakfast, amazing view of the acropolis from the roof top breakfast and dinner dining room. Location can’t be beat with great Restaurants and services right out the front door. Bellmen, front desk, housekeeping, resturant personnel all have a terrific attitude and are friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows and room was great. Good A/C. Can’t say enough about what a nice hotel this is. I have stayed at some very nice hotels in Athens before and this was my best experience!!

Nice view on 10th floor restaurant to Acropolis all days and nights! Staffs are courteous and friendly; room is spacious and clean, Breakfast is excellent with fresh ingredients and many choices; The hotel location is excellent located right in the heart of the city center and walking distance to all popular tourist attractions such as Plaka, Parliament buildings, Acropolis, Syntagma square and metro station; just be aware of the pick pocket team on the metro train, we were almost got stolen by them on the metro train, they were jamming the train exist door and somehow made the door appeared to be broken (door was made open and close, back and forth)!!

Wonderful, wonderful! It is close to the Syntagma Square train station so it's easy to access from the train. The lobby is beautiful, our room was very clean with the most comfortable bed we had in Greece, and the restaurant views and breakfasts in the morning? Top notch. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again on our next trip to Athens.
