Cheap room, convenient location, can walk to the beach. Cons: The items in the room are all degraded (air conditioner is not cool, broken curtains cannot be pulled up, broken night light, broken toilet lid -> easy-going people can ignore it!) 🚫Especially now there is a construction project behind the hotel, extremely noisy. The day I was at the concrete mixer that was running until 1am, I was up all night.

There are many issues to note, the room has a glass window to look out to the sea but the glass curtain is broken and cannot be pulled up, I contacted the reception to fix it but no one came to replace it. The glass in the room is very dirty, covered with dust, feels like no one has cleaned it. The soap dispenser, cabinet, wall are peeling and rusty. Besides the convenient location.

The air conditioner is like a fan, not cold at all, even when changing rooms it's still the same.

I was not issued a red invoice when staying at the hotel, and currently there is no support.!!! The hotel does not issue invoices when booking and paying via Traveloka, only when paying at the counter. This is an experience for you to remember before booking a room

The staff here are very friendly and enthusiastic. I forgot my motorbike key in the trunk of my motorbike but was supported to change to another motorbike while the trunk had not been opened yet, and only had to pay a small fee for opening the trunk. The hotel is also located near the beach, so in the morning, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. The only regret is that the hotel is on a one-way street so it will be a bit inconvenient if driving, but it doesn't affect much. If I have the opportunity to visit Nha Trang again, I will choose Aroma again :3

The room is clean, the staff is friendly, but the wifi is so weak that it is almost unusable, my friend and I have to use personal 4G. My room doesn't have hot water even though I see a hot and cold faucet. In general, the hotel is okay and suitable for the price

The hotel toilet from the room to the ground floor toilet is very very dirty. The hotel only watches for guests who bring towels to the beach to charge money, of course I know how to read English so I won't be charged money, anyone who doesn't know English and accidentally brings towels from the room to the beach will be fined. The swimming pool is degraded. The room is not soundproof, very noisy. The plus point is the enthusiastic and cute female receptionist.

Very ok for the price. Will come back next time.

Phòng ghi view biển thực ra là view từ cửa sổ nhỏ trong phòng tắm, còn cửa chính bên phòng ngủ là view thành phố. Còn lại thì nhân viên dễ thương, nhiệt tình, từ chị lao công đến anh chị em lễ tân. Phòng ốc ổn nhưng không quá rộng rãi, không kèm ăn sáng, gần trung tâm, phù hợp cho các bạn muốn khám phá và không yêu cầu quá cao về nơi nghỉ.

Ksan sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, vị trí tốt, nhân viên dễ thương có giới thiệu các địa điểm cho mình. Tuy nhiên quán bar kế bên chơi nhạc rất ồn ào vào buổi tối. Phòng tắm kính mờ nhìn thấu bên trong nên không được riêng tư.
