Great staff, room and amenities. I sent a complaint about the breakfast buffet and staff call me that day to hear more about it, this is the type of policy you expect from a top tier hotel as Casa Andina. By far the best hotel in Tacna.

Ideal para encontrar un espacio que brinda seguridad en época de COVID. Aún con poco personal, lo que hacía que a veces no respondan al llamado al counter en horas de trabajo pero seguro eso mejorará con el tiempo cuando todo su personal regrese.

Es el oeor hotel con el peor servicio en medio de las restricciones qque hay. Literralmentee quieren tenerlo al huesped preso en la habitacion. Nonte dejan estar en ninguna area del hotel que no sea en tu cuarto. Pesimo servicio
