Our stay here was very comfortable and truly enjoyable. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly, supportive, and courteous throughout our visit. The restaurant staff—Appala Raju (Raju), Shanker, and Sai—were especially attentive and supportive to every customer, always striving to provide the best possible service. The room cleaning was excellent, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and comfort. The maintenance team, particularly Yamuna & Konda , put in great effort to keep the rooms and washrooms exceptionally clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and sincerely appreciate the dedication of the entire team.

Perfect for a budget trip and expected from a Lemontree...they gave an amazing deal for the group... Location is odl town, crowded and frankly below average due to zero civic sense on the area..so it's not the hotels fault but someone needs to do something! Our long stays was made special by Chef Naga with fresh and varied menu which kept us well fed, hydrated and with no food issues (which is common in long stays)...keep it up Chef Naga! Gym is great and one can walk around aimlessly aroud the property (don't walk out - read above for why) Pravallika and Sankara were exceptional stewards... Who matched our requirements often going out of the way... Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. I would definitely stay there again. Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. From the moment I reached the staff welcomed me with flowers and a complimentary drink. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process handled by Narendra and staff, which left me thoroughly impressed. Team in the Kitchen were exceptionally good as they have provided me with all the needs we have, i would like to appreciate the service provided by Sai Krishna, Sankar and Anil during the stay. I traveled along with my family with two kids Sai Krishna, Sankar and Anil made sure that we received milk fruits and required items on time without any issues.

This hotel we went 2 weeks back for a night stay . Renovation going and it is understaffed. The place is average. Food is okay in taste and quantity is good. and they give milk for baby as well which is good. Problem is slow service as the person who is guard is actually the one to take and drop your luggage. No open space but it's not that bad. It fits the minimum criteria. Best was that room were clean.

The hotel staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I needed assistance with draping a saree for a friend’s wedding, and Padma and Yamuna were quick to step in and help me immediately. They were kind, patient, and made sure I was comfortable and well-prepared. Truly grateful for their prompt support and warm hospitality. This level of service really makes a stay memorable. Highly appreciated! Sometimes little acts of kindness stays with us forever! 😊
