It was well heated for early December

This was our second stay. The location is excellent. It is in the midst of one of the most beautiful wine villages in France. It affords you the chance to hike to three nearby chateaus (ruins). It is very quiet and peaceful. Great food all around, and great wine, too.

Very nice place and family gives great service. Very flexible to our individual needs. Food was very very good. Rooms were clean and good space/layout. Highly recommended and good value.

Nice property. Manager (owner?) was brisk but friendly and gave us ice upon request (an American "thing"). Lovely hot tub on the second floor deck.

What a wonderful hotel just a little walk from the main shopping area of Ribeauville. The restaurant at the hotel was closed Tuesday and Wednesday but the staff made sure that check-in was easy. Rooms were very quiet, very clean and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in Europe. Definitely recommend if you visit the area for the Christmas time.

A very classical alsacian hotel with a good dito restauramt. A warm welcoming service. Nice when arriving after a long car journey.

One issue was hot water. seems that when various people are using hot water then not sufficient for to have some.

Staff was friendly and spoke decent English. Room/bathroom were on the small side (typical for Europe) and bed was a bit soft for me, but overall it’s a nice, clean hotel. Great location and free parking!

Very clean hotel, IKEA furniture, great location, no elevator

We spent 2 nights late August. It was very hot and the room was stuffy and uncomfortable. On the plus side the breakfast was fantastic, the restaurant was good. The hot tub was welcome.

Hotels.com said check in was at 3 but on Wednesdays check in is at 4. Hate to waste an hour on vacation. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very nice and helpful.

Very nice hotel at the top of Ribeauville. Restaurant is great, friendly staff and wonderful food. We had the Menu Plaisir and it was fantastic. Perhaps not star restaurant quality but for the price it was great! Nice spa pool behind the hotel.

Nous sommes venus à l’hôtel Au cheval Blanc, nous avons pu profiter du marché de Noël, le service est impeccable. Ils sont petits soins pour vous, la literie est parfaite, la chambre est propre avec un mini bar bien agréable. Nous reviendrons sans problème. Merci pour votre gentillesse.

Ich hatte 192, € für die Unterkunft bezahlt, man sagte mir es seien nur 162, € für das Zimmer bezahlt worden, es würde auch nur soviel kosten. 30,00 € wären wohl die Expedia Gebühr??? Das Frühstück für 2 Personen sei normal 30,00€ Das kam mir etwas sehr seltsam vor.
