There was no hot water for the first 2 days of our stay

Thought we would have parking in the same building and cost was higher than expected. I believe parking costs should be disclosed in the inline booking. The only fault with the room is the bathroom fans were extremely noisy and we preferred not to use them.

The apartment was a good layout, with spacious living room and kitchen area. The location was very convenient to Southbank and all amenities. Unfortunately one toilet was not cleaned which was not nice to walk into, and very disappointing.

The room was clean and functional. The location was great. Staff were great. I needed help with the air conditioning which was very prompt, but it turns out the air conditioner was useless anyway. They need new carpet in the entry. It was very stained. Otherwise everything was good.

Great location and room amenities / facilities. The shower was amazing.

We have stayed at this accommodation in 2025. However it has gone down in standard since then; - this trip we had to change rooms because 1. the dishwasher was broken. 2. the kettle leaked and was a safety electrocution hazard. 3. there were four guests but only three plates and three champagne flutes provided.

Room was very clean and fresh. Can never fault staying at an Oaks

Central location...staff attentive and actioned the issue's re the dryer not working quickly.

Tired property. Dirty carpets and windows that didn’t open or close properly. Expected much more

We like this hotel! The staff are friendly, it is clean and bright. The upgrade this time was very nice, thank you!

Staff courteous and late check in accommodated. 2 bedroom room poorly designed. Each queen bed had only one bedside table. No shelves or dresser in bedroom. Bathrooms very small. Kitchen had no prep area on counter. Seating was a small two seater sofa plus 4 flimsy dining chairs. Dishwasher did not drain. Coffee maker leaked water, extractor fam did not work The apartment was reasonably clean and washer dryer in good condition. Fridge next to external door need the door to open the other way. Dry difficult to access fridge. In short the interior layout and design was very poor but beds were clean and comfortable. Would not stay again.

Great location and the apartment was exactly what I was hoping for. Staff at check in/check out were very good. Bonus that there is onsite parking. Amenities in the apartment were ok - amazing washer & dryer but I found cooking equipment limited e.g. one huge saucepan and a deep frying pan only so this pretty much dictated what I could prepare.

Fabulous stay. Kitchen with oven, large fridge freezer. Dishwasher plus washing machine & dryer. Central good location

Views from level 33 across to Arts Centre, Yarra and City a bonus. Neat tidy well equipped and everything we needed for a getaway with friends. Close to Melbourne Recital Hall where we had a gig booked. Close to art gallery and arts centre and was able to organise and catch a dance performance while we were there. Would stay again.

Great views with a lovely balcony setup. Perfect in summer. Just on the Southbank and CBD fringe so cl8se to attractions and the city. Very well positioned.

The room did not have a city view. It looked out on a brick wall. I did complain to the staff they were very nice and show me a different room but was exactly like the room I had. Also the room was tired looking the carpet was stained and all the furniture was very mismatched. I won’t be going back to the Oaks apartment.
