Nicely appointed, super clean little two-bedroom apartment with a decently stocked kitchen. Super convenient, with beach access and close to supermarkets and 15 min from downtown Zadar. Nikolina is a great host.

Nice apartment and building had two small pools and hat the children enjoyed. Close to the beaches and very large Marina.

Isolated. Should have a car. Preferably a Tesla. Best place that I have stayed at out of over 200 hotels since May 2016.

Great location, great space, great hosts

The apartment was spacious and impeccably clean. Each room had an air conditioner. We were able to check out at 4am with no problem. 2 shallow, well maintained swimming pools. A great deal of thought and care went into the layout and furnishings. Easy access to the sea. No beach but no crowds either. One significant drawback was the WiFi. Very slow and cut off quite often. Difficult to get work done.

We really enjoyed our week in Croatia and the Nikolina staff arranged discounted taxi fares and helped us book a car for a few days. The apartments are lovely and we had a private roof terrace with Jacuzzi and sea views. The sunsets are great. Food shopping is limited without a car and the nearby restaurants are more functional than fab - but good value. The nearest National Park , Krka, is well worth a visit but we read that it can get very busy so plan this carefully. All in all , a great week and we are looking forward to going back to Croatia.

This appartments are kept in a pristine condition, very clean and comfortable. Had a great sleep the bed was super comfy. The swimmingpool was spot on and heated enough to have a swim. No complaints so far, Nikola such a cool lady also. Would recommend to stay there. Close to the pebble beach, just a few steps far, unfortunately we just stayed for one day and didnt get to enjoy the beach. We have a little one (3years old) who slept in a separate bedroom (the apartment had 2 bedrooms) so we could well in our separate bedroom. WIFI works, we have to be connected all the time because of work and we didnt have an issue with the WIFI. Nice little terrace with comfy sofas and a view to the beach! I would come back tomorrow.

Amazing new appartment

L'hébergement est moderne et vien situé. tres propre et offrant toutes les commodités comme une laveuse, deux piscines accès a une petite plage privée. Pas trop loin de Zadar en auto et une propriétaire super gentille qui nous a bien conseillé.

Veldig god service , fin og ren leilighet.

Vi hade en härlig vistelse. Mycket vänligt bemötande och väldigt hjälpsamma. Fin rymlig lägenhet. Rent och snyggt. Sköna sängar. Området har lite mer att önska. Finns inget runtomkring. Känns som att området är under uppbyggnad. Stranden är ca 800m bort om man inte vill ligga alldeles nedan för hotellet. Närmsta restaurangen var ca 1,5km bort. Mataffär finns dock i närheten som man kan handla mat i.

Wunderschöne Anlage, alles Top gepflegt. Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte, wunderbar klares Wasser und Sauber.. Einziger Nachteil, etwas wenig Besteck bei 4 Personen, wurde das Geschirr schnell knapp. Aber ansonsten war wirklich alles wunderschön und wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen.

Sehr schönes modernes Apartment mit guter Klimaanlage und schöner Aussicht. Die einzigen Negativpunkte sind der etwas unscheinbare Strand, das schlechte WLAN (nur für WhatsApp gut), und kein Fernsehr im Schlafzimmer obwohl Anschluss vorhanden. Die Stadt Bibinje hat auch nichts zu bieten man sollte aufjedenfall für etwas Leben nach Zadar fahren ( positiv: nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto)

Accomodatie was nieuw, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien.
