Okay, the hotel is nice, clean, and the staff are enthusiastic.

The hotel has a lake view, and the windows are very soundproof. Currently, it's a bit hot in Da Lat, so the hotel is equipped with air conditioning. The TV only has local channels, not a Smart TV. The room is clean and airy, and the shower water is strong and hot. My only complaint: the bed vibrates and makes a slight noise when I turn over. The breakfast buffet is quite good, with a good selection of dishes, and the restaurant staff are friendly. The area outside the reception desk is somewhat run-down. Overall, I feel the price is a bit high compared to the hotel's facilities, but it's compensated by the breakfast service and the excellent location, offering views of the lake and typical Da Lat scenery.
