The hotel is in a great location for getting to Mt. Rushmore with easy in and out parking. The office staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We were disappointed in the fact that breakfast was a grab and go bag. It should be listed as such in the description so families can plan accordingly.

The hotel is right at the heart of Keystone where there are lots of other activities you can do aside from going to mount Rushmore. It is very close to restaurants as well. They also have a laundry area which is also very helpful to us. The room is spacious for a family of 5 like us. One thing is that they gave us a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It would be hard for those that have knee problems or those that have a hard time climbing up and down the stairs. Overall it was a wonderful stay in this hotel

I was disappointed tat there was no breakfast offered (when I booked, I thought I had read that it was), even though the room was set up like there should have been breakfast. The second morning, I asked, and the lady handed me some to go bags. That's the only thing that I was disappointed in and not too many places to walk to for breakfast.

It was not a comfortable stay. The air conditioner is exactly connected to bed and noisy. The breakfast was like kids school lunch, wasn’t expecting field trip brown bag

If you stay more than one night they don't clean or put fresh towels in the room

I did the online check in to speed up the check in process, which was nice. Front desk clerk was very nice. I chose this hotel because the website said breakfast was available, but then when we got there were told it was a "grab and go" bag. Available from 7am to 10am, but the office didnt open until 9am so we were out of luck as we left at 7am. Probably will not come back because the breakfast was the selling point. Otherwise it was clean, friendly staff, and a great location.

Booked a stay for 6 people. The bedding wasnt provided for the couch. Asked several times but was ignored . Very dissapointed 😞.

Stuff wasn’t there when we needed

Place was somewhat run down, carpet seemed dirty. Beds were hard. Breakfast was in a paper bag. Items in the bag didn’t taste good and even smelled rancid. Morning staff was friendly and helpful, night staff was not.
