Great location. Perfect room for my needs.

Hotel Zed was super cute. The customer service was great. The rooms and common area were super clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient for walking around downtown. I would definitely recommend it and come back.

Room was clean and comfortable, wish there was more light though. The staff were helpful in explaining all the amenities, and the location is super convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Ground floor was a little noisy since close to the main street. Room is clean but much smaller than expected. convinient to go to the park and shops near the lake.

Lovely location - easy walking to many restaurants and waterfront. Nice to have coffee and tea bar with options for types of milk. Staff are amazingly friendly and informative! Love this hotel

The security woman was amazing, she was incredibly kind and helpful. The front desk team was great as well and made everything easy. I ended up meeting some really awesome people staying there who turned into friends, which made the experience even better. The place was super comfortable and in a great location, close to everything. I would definitely stay here again
