The place is clean and quiet. I had an issue with the room, I booked a room for 3 people and they gave me one with two small beds for 3, we where not comfortable the first night and next morning I asked for a different room. At the beginning they refused to switch the room and they offered an extra bed but the room was too small for it. I was it very convinced with their solution but after a little pushing to switch the room or k will cancel the next night, they did it and gave me a bigger room with a queen bed and an extra single bed. For two people works perfect but if you want to book for 3-4 people, make sure they will give you a good room for it.

Room service was the worst in all my years of traveling. Staff was distracted with customers needs. The menu had a few things but most of them not available due to not having ingredients and the fruit and vegitables were visibly old. The buffet always salty and dry , due to reheating.. the "juice " is really just water with no flavor.

Muy bien todo excepto que no teníamos como controlar el aire acondicionado y no estaba regulado a nuestro gusto.

In general was a good stay, very good location with food options very close. Small rooms and comfortable beds. The only disappointing situation was the clogged shower drain, every time we took a shower the water would spill out of the shower. Problem was reported on day 1 and continued until our last shower on day 5.

We stayed only one day. We had to leave the hotel.

Excellent service and attention to customers even tho my expedia reservasion never appeared i had to pay teservation with them and after hours texting wit expedia the said they will refund my payment but nothing yet

Staff members were friendly and helpful.

The pool system pump it is to loud . And also the fridge didn't work at all.

The rooms are excellent with a very comfortable bed and a well equipped and clean bathroom
