The TVs are set to FOX news. That's a subtle way of letting people know what kind of place this is. Did not feel welcome here.

One night stay to break up a long trip. Was very pleased with the cleanliness and customer service. Rooms and Lobby were immaculate!

Our stay was very quiet which we appreciate that more than anything. We'd recommend checking all the mattresses and changing out the ones that are slanted with the feet being higher than your head. Enjoyed the oatmeal and egg white omelet for breakfast. Wish there were some bananas.

Staff was very friendly

Staff very service-oriented when a plumbing problem developed in our first room.

Shops close, good breakfast, great pool, pool area and lobby area clean. . . Rooms too.

Rooms are outdated

I enjoyed my stay nice environment nice area but the breakfast was poor bland food not hot but it did have a large variety to pick from but the hot breakfast was pretty bad

Clean, comfortable, and convenient! The staff was super friendly, the rooms were fresh and modern, and breakfast had plenty of great options. Perfect spot to stay in Troy—I’d definitely come back!
