We arrived at 10:30 in the morning at the hotel and I requested at the front desk if is it possible for us to check in earlier than 2pm so we can rest and also my 1 year old baby can sleep but we waited until 1:30 pm before we can go to our room... Other staff was not accommodating and the water in our bathroom has foul smell so we decided to take a bath at our next hotel... The only thing i liked was their place/ambience of the resort...
