resort đẹp, đồ ăn vừa miềng, tươi ngon, lễ tân thân thiện vị trí gần phố cổ nên đi lại thuận tiện nha cả nhà điểm trừ là cái cầu sắt cạnh resort kêu to, lúc nào cũng tưởng tiếng trời mưa , không được yên tĩnh cho lắm, các bạn nên đặt phòng view bể bơi sẽ ok, không bị ồn như phòng mình view sông

The staff is very enthusiastic, thoughtful and cute. I traveled a long distance and had a baby, the staff was thoughtful to give extra water to the passengers. This is a plus point for the hotel because the staff is very thoughtful and cute. All the staff are polite and friendly.

Ann Retreat Resort is really a very relaxing place and worth experiencing. Friendly, welcoming staff, and delicious breakfast. The location is also close to the center.

This is the first time I experience at Ann Retreat and feel completely satisfied with the service and products of the hotel. Room in warm nostalgic style, river view is really great. Friendly and enthusiastic worker. Always greet and be ready to offer support when you see a customer in need of help. I had a really great experience and will come back the next time I come to Hoi An. Thank you lovely friendly staff

Friendly staffs! Willing to help and assist all requirements. Very nice view from the room looking to the river in the back side! Food is acceptable, need little bit improvement! It's still worth the offered price!

That this place is cool There are two swimming pools. Delicious food, suitable for Thai people. The receptionist communicates well. I want to tell you how to arrange for the final arrangement. The resignation size also says that it is best. Where to go *** Sit and fix, don't have to walk around 30 baht per minute.

The view is great. Hotel is not too far from the acient Town. Bus schedule should extend to night shift for visitor to enjoy the night sight. Last bus was 16:00 and we missed it. Other things are all good. Room service’s available 24h which was great. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
