Onsen in room is a game changer. We were already 18 days into our vacation and our legs appreciated being pampered.

Loved this hotel! We had an Onsen in our room-just fantastic. Great food and service.

Like many onsen resorts, this is intended for you to stay within the facilities. Many of the neighboring restaurants either don’t take children, or are so small that it’s difficult to accommodate them. With that in mind, the biggest issue is the on-site restaurant. It was serving pre-reserved tables only (no walk-ins) but because we booked on Expedia we had no idea that not booking a meal in advance would limit us. The staff made no indication of how to make a reservation for future days nor did the front desk mention anything at check-in. If there were ample dining options around this would be a non-issue. What makes up for this poor restaurant experience is the amazing in-suite / indoor private bath. Very convenient and wonderful experience!

Good Food

Room is a bit hot. Only heater and quite warm if coming in summer. Very noisy as rooms next to us had kids and they yelling in the corridor.

Very beautiful, clean and large room with tatami living room and a western bed. Good amenities and nice large window panels with a view of the town. The in-room hot spring, I am a bit skeptical that it is actual hot spring water because unlike the hot springs I have been to, the water doesn't have that murky color or even sulfur smell. It might just be normal hot water mixed with mineral powders of some sort at most to create an artificial hot spring bath. "I may be wrong". Breakfast was good with a nice selection of Japanese style breakfast. Western choices was somewhat lacking but who would care for western choices when you are in Japan with all that delicious Japanese asa gohan. Lovely stay all in all.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was one of the best we have stayed in during our 6 weeks in Japan.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We loved our room and were able to use their laundry, public bath etc.

Very comfortable, large rooms. It was wonderful having a private Onsen in the room. Staff was absolutely lovely!

Very kind staff and clean rooms. I had booked a private bath as my father had a prominent tattoo but the reception was able to provide tattoo covers, which was very kind of them. The surrounding town tends to have quite a bit of cars, and there isn't always a clear sidewalk so potential visitors please keep that in mind. It is about a 10minute walk from Ito Station. Lovely overall, would love to return.

Awesome onsen hotel in Ito near the beach. Nearby izakayas were great as well. Area wasn't the most walkable (heavy car traffic) but other than that it was a great calm local stay. Would stay again

Amazing hotel, very nice staff, the Onsen is very nice.. also the in-room Onsen is nice. Everything is walking distance. pictures are very similar to the reality

Very clean

We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel without ordering meals. The hotel was clean and well maintained, good size room with private hot water bath (not hot spring), there was also public and family spring bath and it is not crowded. It was an awesome stay. The night shift staff has a bit of difficulty to use English, but they always give help as far as possible.

No air conditioning. It was very hot in the room.
