El lugar increíble, el personal muy atento y cordial. Lamentablemente la gerenta fue todo lo contrario, rayando en la impertinencia, discriminación y burla. Fue lo peor sus respuestas con respecto al uso de las instalaciones para personas en situación de discapacidad, dónde el mundo apunta a la inclusión...... Ella todo lo contrario, horrible la experiencia con está persona.

Lovely place to stay for the night, walking distance to everything. Room was perfect.

Hotel is only a short walk from the city-centre with easy parking. We had booked a larger room with a kitchenette and fridge, but were given one without these amenities. The TV only showed one channel. After establishing that the printed instruction inside the room - did not work - we even asked the reception for help with it. Oddly, we had to ask for the remote control to the AC specifically and even had to sign for it? Breakfast room was nice and tidy, but normally considered warm food like eggs, sausages, etc was cold, due to lack of equipment that would retain the heath.

Wonderful in every way

Had a nice stay at Vila Aina. We received a friendly welcome, had a good nights sleep and enjoyed a good brekfast. It was a bit warm during our stay an we would have loved some air conditioning in the room since opening the balcony door was not on option because of the smell outside (not the hotels fault, it is the countryside after all).

Breakfast buffet was not good. Get there right when it starts or you'll be eating cold food due to them not having food warmers. Rooms were clean and nice. Parking lot/yard smells like sewage but it doesn't inside.

Great clean room. Very comfortable bed. Location was close to the water park and they included a coupon to use. Would stay here again if in the area.

These people deceptively advertise the premises as being in Ljubljana when in fact it is over 100 kilometers a way in the opposite direction. They refused to cancel the booking or refund the money even though they were advised within hours of the booking that the loction was unacceptable. Why Expedia allow and encourage these people to lie to customers is totally beyond me

This is a beautiful new property. The area is fantastic away from the distraction of the city but yet there were nice restaurants and sites to take in.

Great, Clean, big breakfast.

Book Vila Aina with confidence, a well run, modern, comfortable boutique hotel, part of a farm on the banks of the Lasko river just outside the town of Lasko. I was on a business trip; from Vila Aina there is easy access to pretty well all of Slovenia. I understand the Vila Aina offers horse riding and other recreational facilities but work got in the way of having fun.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Thank you so much! We hope to return,

Good breakfast

The apartment was cozy and clean, surrounded by nature and very close to the thermal baths, which can be easily reached by bike or on foot. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing weekend.

Preis Leistung wie gebucht stimmt jedenfalls, netter Empfang, schönes Zimmer, Wasserbett, Terasse, kl Kühlschrank, kleines sauberes Bad, Wasserkocher am Zimmer. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücks Bufett. Gute Qualität. Für Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend. Sonst tagsüber keine Konsumatuon möglich. 👍
