Excellent beach! Food is good. Rooms are spacious and A/C works as expected.

I love the individual care that Erick provided during our stay. He provided all the information that we needed. And the check in was fast and easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed 3 nights , great blue water ocean location meals were decent . Breakfast must be improve same food every day Staff is great and friendly no refreshment , ice creams on any area of the property . It’s the Caribbean hot 🥵 , having refreshments is needed . Also need more umbrellas at the beach . For a short vacation is a great spot ! ☺️

I really wanted to love this hotel. We have a lot of issues starting with the room fridge that was not keeping things cool so we had to keep our drinks in a cooler with ice. Then no shampoo body wash or conditioner in the bathroom. We have to call customer service for them to refill (thats the same day we checked in) and not traditional breakfast. Buffet was very small not a lot of options. The one thing that really saved this hotel from a 2 star review was the staff. They were very friendly always willing to help and thats really important to me too. I dont consider this a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star hotel.

This property provides a very relaxing experience. It is very well maintained, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The beach is beautiful. It is calm, warm, blue water. Most staff are very nice and provide good service and are very friendly. However, there are a few staff members that get a little to personal. They ask too many personal questions and will tell you their life's story without being asked anything. It could be funny but annoying. One employee actually sat at the end of my husbands beach chair as if we were old friends. Really extra.

I really enjoyed the location. This all inclusive was wonderful. The staff was warm and friendly and accommodating. Lots of food options and all were great. Had our own personal concierge, Merihan and Carlos who were superb and delightful. Both were very accommodating ad resourceful. Definitely going back to enjoy this fantastic resort.

Beautiful property with amazing service! Rooms were spacious and quiet. Beach was pristine! Our butler Ada provided us with the absolute best customer care! Would definitely go back again!
