Convenient for the family, with plenty of space

Lovely place to stay, only thing to criticise is that in our 3 person room there was only 2 towels and 1 set of single use shampoo/ body wash.

Fantastic welcome, the spa bath, the big screen tv, the comfortable bed and couches. The perfect place to unwind after a long day.

Portal says 0.3 miles from CBD and actually it was 3 KM away. It wasn’t good overall, the coffee kettle wasn’t working, light were too dim, no restaurant nearby, internet was not available, TV wasn’t working. Not sure why charge so much for such a deplorable hotel.

Property exceeded all expectations. Management was so helpful with everything even advising how best to back on to the busy road. Highly recommend this property.

Everything worked. Heating worked well, bed very comfortable, shower good pressure and worked well. We were offered the small unit recently purchased and was very well fitted and comfortable. Nothing i could suggest to improve it. Lovely and clean, i had done some handwashing hanging around and when i came back cleaner had put it on a clothes rack for me to dry easier. I guess location not fantastic but other than that couldnt suggest any improvement !

Would highly recommend this motel, will definitely be returning when next staying in Tauranga.
