Very humble staff Love to stay again

This is a very nice stay right on the beach. The staff is very attentive and kind. The food is outstanding. Our only issue was a broken ac unit which they offered to switch us rooms. Overall I would recommend this wonderful small hotel.

Superb service and amazing views. Makes your stay feel like a 5 star resort but still provides a personal service. The food is amazing. No need to leave the hotel to go to any other restaurants.

Beautiful property, amazing staff, superb chef and great seafood! Perfect for a peaceful romantic getaway and partner’s bday celebration! You can hear the waves at night, very calming and relaxing. Great pool where you can order drinks and food, unwind and relax, forget about the hassle and completely disconnect. Could not recommend this Villa 46 more! The owner is ex captain for Sri lanka cricket team!;) Great provenance. 2,5 hour drive in uber from Colombo airport.

Great 6 nights at Villa 46 the staff are attentive and go to great lengths to make sure you are enjoying your stay! Great position that allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the villa or head in to a more lively Hikkaduwa which is a 20min walk down the beach. Wish the owner had been as interested as his staff but apart drain that a very enjoyable stay!

Excellent location very good service within the hotel, and the food was fantastic.

Everything about this hotel was great! Beautiful rooms and views, lovely pool area and great food. The staff went out their way to help with any questions/requests, such as a special dinner and private breakfast on the balcony. Gavika was very sweet and helpful. The added touch of animals made from towels each day from Colin was lovely. Location is just outside the busy strip in Hikkaduwa which is perfect for a quieter stay.

fantastic spacious and comfortable accommodation in relaxing surroundings. all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. food was excellent and reasonably priced. 9/10-would have given 10/10 if the room had a fridge.

Arrived at hotel staff extremely friendly, taken to our beautiful room, there was an elephant made from towels with the word ‘welcome’ on our bed which we thought was a brilliant touch, intact we stayed 4 nights and each afternoon when we went back to our room there was another ‘towel animal’ on our bed, we loved it. Delicious breakfasts, staff cannot do enough for you, we would highly recommend it. Some good bars and restaurants a little walk down the beach If you fancied but hotel food impeccable.

This hotel was one of the best decisions we made. It's away from the traffic in Hikkaduwa, but close enough for a short walk or cheap tuk tuk ride into town. It's a small hotel, so you're never crowded by other guests. The views are spectacular, looking over the pool and sea. The food was better than anything we ate in town. We ended up eating almost all of our meals at the hotel, and we're never disappointed. The food was also well priced. The rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms. The staff were very courteous and attentive, but not hovering. They were very helpful and kind, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I cannot recommend this location enough.

The hotel is beautiful, huge rooms, furnished perfectly, abundance of space to relax within the villa, perfect pool. Above all the staff are incredible-the attention to detail is outstanding. In particular the chef who went above and beyond for us, we are beyond thankful, he made our trip. Highly recommend this villa and will hopefully return in the future

Fantastic place to stay. Was there for 8 nights with my daughter. Staff cannot do enough for you. They are very welcoming and genuinely lovely people who love their country and love to practice their English. Thanks for a fantastic week Villa 46 and I hope to see you all again,

This was a gorgeous place to stay for my girlfriend and I. We had a beautiful room with a balcony that looked right out to the sea over the villa's gorgeous pool and backyard. The staff was so kind. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. It's a short tuk tuk ride from the down town area of Hikkaduwa, but it's nice to have a little peace and quiet here at this beautiful villa. I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed this hotel a lot. Super good location, nice pool, friendly staff and clean hotel. Bed was not supercomftable, but ok. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service and location at a calm area of the beach. Beautiful building with comfortable beds and clean rooms. Although, the food wasnt as good as other hotels vi visited in Sri Lanka. The outdoor area could be improved with wood furniture and more sunbeds.

Мы с супругой достаточно тщательно выбирали отель для отдыха в Хиккадуве. В результате остановили свой выбор на Villa 46 и очень рады что наш выбор оказался правильным. Мы провели на вилле восемь незабываемых дней. Вилла расположена в непосредственной близости к пляжной зоне, океан виден из окна. Персонал был очень доброжелателен и прекрасно выполнял свою работу. Пару раз просили приготовить для нас блюда из свежей рыбы и моллюсков, которые мы самостоятельно купили на местном рыбном рынке, качество и вкус блюд было выше чем в других ресторанах. Волей случая в этот период времени на вилле мы были одни и чувствовали себя очень комфортно. Все сложилось наилучшим образом.

This was just wonderful place to stay . The location on the beach is good and there is enough distance to Hikkaduwa touristic beach. The beach in the front of this Villa was very peaceful and clean. Waves are big sometimes and need to be careful when and how far away go swimming. Villa 46's staff is simply said great , especially the great chef /manager who made wonderful dinners every evening. Also the entire staff was great and very polite. Mr. Colin is one great person and he is the corner stone for maintenance and service at the hotel. All people were very friendly and committed to every requests we made. Sometimes adjusting the air condition for the next night to the suitable level was challenging. But finally succeeded. That was simply due to hot climate outside. Breakfast was delicious and excellent. I must say that we stayed missing those wonderful people after leaving this Villa. They were simply great people - all of them. And manager is very smart to create such an atmosphere among the staff.

This was the best hotel during our 2 week trip to Sri Lanka. Why it was so good was that first of all it is small and very excluded. You are right at the beach with a big pool but still never bothered by anyone. We had a pool room which was very big and comfortable (very good Bed). Every day there was figures made out of towels on our bed and everything was super clean. And then the food... you are served a la carte breakfast right outside of your room and everything is so tasty! In the end, we had almost every lunch at the hotel and every dinner also since the quality was so much better than in the Hikkaduwa restaurants, and price lever the same. Also, you cannot find better service anywhere else. If you want to stay in a place where you can relax and enjoy 5 star service and food, this would be the place!

Som vanligt blir man aldrig besviken över sin vistelse på Villa 46. Service och vänlighet hos personalen med fantastiskt strandnära läge. Vi kommer garanterat tillbaka igen!
