The room Was very dirty

Everything at this hotel is absolutely fine for a short stay. I had a twin room which I shared with my daughter. The beds are large and comfortable. Although the rooms are large, they are a bit soulless, but that's OK so long as you're only there a night or two. The breakfast is OK but not fantastic for Europeans. There is no black tea. The hotel shuttle bus only runs on the hour & being picked up from the airport is a challenge. I would recommend making your own way to and from the airport if you don't want to waste time.

Yes breakfast was great coffee could of been a little better. Overall was a great experience

Breakfast ran out of chilaquiles and eggs. Staff said the kitchen was working on getting more out but I had to leave before it came out.

The shuttle was super easy to find. The hotel room was spacious and clean. I was happy with my choice and will stay there again if I am back to Mexico City. Definitely recommend.

Pillows in room had hair on them, lighting inside the room is terrible, and you cannot get a coffee anywhere

Reception staff were pleasant and accommodated our request for a quiet part of the hotel. Restaurant staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good breakfast. Shuttle service was reliable. Bed was comfortable. Shower was a little "tired", but OK. Stopper in sink did not work, and unfortunately the toilet flow was low and got plugged.

We left before the restaurant was open, dinner was great.It was a good choice for catching an early flight.

La mejor ubicación si tienes evento en El Palacio de los Deportes, está a menos de 5 minutos caminando, también si vas al aeropuerto tienen transporte gratuito, el desayuno le pareció muy bueno, sin duda una excelente opción para hospedarse en CDMX.

Everything was great, rooms were huge and clean. The only thing was the breakfast. My family and I did not like it. The taste and freshness was off. We did love the fresh juices and various food selections.

The place was clean. Our room was clean. The staff was great! They were all helpful and very accomodating. We had an issue with the AC and the repair guy was in our room in less than 10 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom in our room. It didn't have any divider and was only covered with a shower curtain. The floor was leveled with the rest of the floor, so the water spilled over while we were taking a shower. Just a suggestion, have a small convenient store inside the hotel like the other hotels. Have some basic emergency things like Tylenol and snacks. Sometimes you need it in the middle of the night. there's really nothing near around the area. Overall, it was a really nice hotel.

I did not use it because the hotel and hotels.com were very incomprehensible due to a double reservation. I will never use Holiday inn again, and soon leave hotels.com. Too many options and it is a shame that for only 150 usd more you loose a long time costumer… so long

The staff was kind and polite. The property was clean. The only down side really was that I was staying in a hotel in Mexico where the restaurant did not sell tacos and didn’t understand the concept of a me in my Corona.
