The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and kind. It is a very good and accessible location as well, right near the bus and being in centro I could go anywhere. The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold.

The hotel overall was great. The staff are very friendly, easy check in, the room was very clean with all the proper amenities. Breakfast and dinner was really good as well. The location isn't bad and its easy access to Ubers. I would definitely recommend it.

No bell Boys to carry the luggage. Rooms were not good. Average hospitality. Rooms were not sound proof.

Horrible where it's at. Staff where ok. Major language barrier. Gym is old and needs repair and equipment replacement. Pool decent. Breakfast decent althou a lot of bread not enough variety.staff where ok.

Good hotel in Lapa within walking distance to many bars and restaurants, AC is very noisy, bed is comfortable, breakfast is average. It is a good option if you want to save some money in hotel.

The area around this hotel very dirty and smell. Feel little bit dangerous. Very poor Wifi.

Wonderful

The hotel is located in one of the oldest area of Rio, close to the Lapa Arch. It’s surrounded by bar clubs and restaurants. It seems that the entire area is opened 24hrs. The building of the hotel is probably old but it’s been renovated, especially the bathroom. The breakfast is very good, lots of fruits, breads, juices, cakes. I am not sure if it’s because of Carnival since the hotel is crowded with tourists, but I enjoyed every minute of it, especially pao de queijo (cheese ball)

The place is great value, beautiful studio with an amazing top roof pool. Great customer service. The area around is not the nicest if you walk but it’s close to the famous stairs and lots of transportation. Overall excellent.

Conveniently located if you want to have fun over the weekend. Walking distance from plenty of bars and clubs as well as a few of the tourist locations Rio is known for.
