Food Quality has been definitely increased. Typically, i don't dine here during my stay. This time - due to extreme heat conditions - tried the food here and it has been improved a lot. I enjoyed the cardamom tea ( evening preparation was too good compared to the morning one) and pallipalayam cauliflower.

All is well - except that they don't carry any first aid box.

Its average hotel and room is not clean enough.

It was a great stay with my aged parents at C J Palazzio. The staff, right from reception, bell persons, room service, house keeping and restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. Also the driver informed that the accommodation given to them was good. The food (we had lunch) was very tasty. The complimentary breakfast had a good spread of all dishes with a live counter. Overall a very comfortable stay

Well maintained rooms and staff behavior is too good. Very good hotel to stay with family. Views from the rooms are good. Food variety are awesome.

The staff members need more training in the restaurant and front desk.

All were fine except the ac it wasn’t working well , we didn’t inform yet the issue persisted , over all ok experience . Breakfast was good

I have a terrible experience. Expedia booking shows free breakfast but hotel said it is included. Checking also difficult. Will not stay again.

Spacious, silent and clean room with high quality mattresses guaranteed a good night's sleep on a road trip, despite late arrival. Complementary breakfast buffet had great spread, both Indian and European items were tasty. Overall great value for the money.
