This is such a beautiful/quaint place - absolutely peaceful/serene. Staff was amazingly attentive, despite such a small resort (8 rooms). Its a gem!!

Absolute perfection in Oia Santorini! The team of Canaves Sunday cannot do more to make your stay ultra luxurious. Meeting us roadside to welcome us and usher us to the breathtaking property to the twice a day room service (cleaning- refreshing- leaving water and dessert) one cannot help but fall in love here. The pool is stunning as it over looks the cliffs of Santorini and the rooms are generous and comfortable. The best place!

This was truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at—and that’s saying a lot. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The welcome drinks were tasty, and the hotel manager was among the most attentive hosts we’ve ever met. He even remembered that we had an early flight and kindly arranged breakfast for us to take along. Our room was absolutely stunning—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed in a fresh white aesthetic, and filled with endless amenities. The views and location was breathtaking from every angle. The staff went above and beyond as well, providing impeccable service whether at breakfast or by the pool. Our room was refreshed daily, always stocked and spotless, which added to the feeling of luxury and care. Out of the six islands we visited in Greece, with stays in several five-star hotels, this property stood out as the one that truly lived up to its stars. We will definitely return and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Greece—it was a highlight of our trip!

Our stay at Canaves Sunday was absolutely extraordinary, thanks in large part to Irene, our hotel representative who made our birthday trip truly magical. The staff went above and beyond to make our celebration special, surprising us with beautiful room decorations, a delicious birthday cake, complimentary wine, and festive balloons. The breakfast selection was immaculate with an impressive array of fresh, high-quality options, while our room offered amazing views that captured the iconic beauty of Santorini. The entire staff demonstrated unmatched attentiveness and genuine care throughout our stay. The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, with easy proximity to multiple restaurants and shops, making exploration effortless. What truly impressed us was the level of service and hospitality that felt more like celebrating with family than staying at a commercial establishment. The combination of stunning accommodations, exceptional staff, incredible food, and thoughtful touches created a five-star experience in every sense. This experience has earned Canaves Sunday a permanent place in our travel plans - I would absolutely stay here every single year that I travel to Santorini. Absolutely perfect! The views were amazing, the rooms were beautiful and the staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is excellent. Every time we left they cleaned our room and restocked our fridge. They are constantly making sure everything at the property is clean and fresh. Well worth every penny! What you see on website is exactly how it appears in person. Beds were very comfortable. Location is excellent right in heart of oia and away from all the chaos of the cruise tours. Highly recommend!

The perfect luxury experience in Oia. Great staff. Spotless. Whitewashed exceptionally well designed Wine cave rooms with the best caldera ocean views. The best Santorini hotel collection.

Great hotel with amazing views, breakfast unbeatable, we enjoyed a lot our days in Canaves Sunday, everything is so close to anywhere, restaurants, shop etc. So definitely I recommend this hotel.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful and very clean. The views are spectacular from every corner of the property and the hotel is in great location right on the heart of OIA. Food was spectacular and all the service personnel were very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!!! PS it was my husband’s birthday and they had a cake and decorations for him in the room when we arrived. I am still dreaming about that chocolate moose cake WOW!!!
