I love the stay it was amazing. This place did not disappoint.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly... the pull out bed was the most comfortable one we've ever had. The area is nice with the local small business and downtown feel. The only complaint is that there is a pool advertised and the pool they are referring to is the community Y pool across the street.

The property is well maintained and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Customer service top tier. The room I was in 209 was extremely dusty I was sneezing half the day until I cleaned it up myself. It appeared no one was in the room in a while. I wished I could upload pictures. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. Very convenient location, food in walking distance. Rooftop bar is an added bonus with live entertainment on some days.

The convenience of it to get to other locations in the area

The Mantissa usually be top notch but now…..they’ve really gone downhill. The room was not cleaned properly, the refrigerator was dirty toilet was dirty end tables were sticky it was not a comfortable stay for us

Rooms are very spacious. Surrounding restaurants are excellent. Rooftop bar a very cool spot.

The breakfast bar is not a bar it’s literally a snack to take on the road! We needed to use a Lysol wipes and bleach to clean because the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. We asked to be contacted for an early check in which they stated they would and both time we had to to clean to check. The rooftop bar was nice but the cups were dirty. We are now fighting sore throats. There was a slight damp smell when walking into the room. The highlight of the trip was the restaurant a little on the expensive side with SMALL portions but the food is better than expected. I would definitely choose Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn and Suites before choosing this place. Then when you try and report anything nobody is at the front desk. If you check my call log I know I called over 12 times. Okay I’m done with my rant just very disappointed

My shower glass door was falling apart and nobody was able to secure it back safely

This property is a gem! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that would fins themselves in the Hartsville/Darlington area!

A wonderful hotel! Staff was great. Rooms are very large. Separate bedroom. Full kitchen. We are coming back very soon.

Walls seemed paper thin and found it difficult to relax/sleep; end table in the bedroom was dirty…furniture seemed old worn; receptionist promised to call me about a refund for our final day because my wife contracted Covid -19 and we had to cut our trip short…she did not call; probably will not make a return visit.

unexpected gem in the heart of town. room was unexpectantly massive

Disappointed with some of the desk staff, we had to ask twice with two separate employees to get extra blankets for the children staying with us in our room. The night staff member "bartender" covering the front desk was very helpful. One of the blinds in our room was broken and was held up with bobby pins. All in all the stay was average but definitely less than expected for the price.
