There were shops and restaurants nearby..staff was a great help..would stay there again..the hop on hop of bus tour and the louvre were neary

Very nice room, including a spacious bathroom and plenty of closet space. Nice Parisian street view. Very clean with good housekeeping service. The location is very nice and central, with tons of restaurants in the surrounding area.

Had a very pleasant stay (4 nights). The hotel is in an excellent location and we pretty much could walk to most of the places we went to. The front desk, the breakfast, the afternoon tea and the housekeeping was all very good. The room was a bit small and dark. Those were the only negative points but for the price we paid in Paris the hotel was an excellent deal.

Room and Staff were excellent

The hotel felt brand new and featured a very stylish décor. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Just steps outside the hotel, we found a wide variety of dining options, including cafés and French, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese restaurants. Public transportation was also very convenient and easily accessible. The staff was polite and attentive, with special thanks to Catalina, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. She offered thoughtful recommendations and went out of her way to help us, truly making our stay memorable.

The staff was wonderful - friendly, and helpful. The room was very comfortable and most importantly very quiet. It didn’t have a view but it was fine. The hotel offered a lovely breakfast every morning as well as afternoon tea every day. We walked everywhere. The grotto pool was not quite as warm as I had hoped but it was very pretty. All in all a lovely stay!

The staff was super (!!!) friendly and very helpful and accommodating.

What an amazing hotel. Staff were spot on, hotel and room were absolutely spotless. Great facilities. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice, and afternoon tea was a nice touch. Can’t highly recommend this place.

It’s a nice hotel but it’s over priced for the jail cell sized rooms

The best hotel room and experience EVER. The concierge team was phenomenal. They greeted me and my mom as soon as we stepped in the doorway and did everything to assist us during our 7 night stay in the St. Anne duplex. The team called cabs, directed us to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and the best walking directions to popular sites in the area. The Louvre Museum was a 12 minute walk from the hotel. The neighborhood was so safe and walkable. The room made you feel so comfortable. It provided space and separation for us. The cleaning staff were wonderful and the amenities fantastic. The bedding was unbelievable, the most comfortable mattress other than my own, and the pillows were great too. This will be my hotel anytime I return to Paris and I will plan my trip around the St. Anne Room. The surrounding restaurants were great with variety and take away options.

Perfect location

I stayed here 6 years ago and was impressed. I was worried I might be disappointed this trip due to time, but the experience was even better this trip. I will come back again and recommend as staff is superb and the location doesn’t get better.
