Spacious room on ground floor was perfect for us. We particularly liked the separate toilet to the shower room and excellent Nespresso machine which also had fruit tea pods. Definitely recommend the spa on the top floor which we had to ourselves on the Friday evening. Perfect way to unwind after a day of travelling and sightseeing. Location is ideal for walking around the city and public transport. The trams are so easy to use. Good choice of nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

Theresian is very old world boutique hotel with nice amenities and good location. The only thing missing is maid service of toilet (towel exchange only).

Amazing location and a truly beautiful hotel. The staff were so attentive and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back.

The hotel staff, particularly the staff in the lobby were amazing. They helped coordinate and accommodate all our requests. Very friendly. The breakfast staff were not great, but other than that, excellent hotel.

Quiet location but really close to the centre. An elegant building with nice rooms.

This was a wonderful, comfortable hotel room with great service and a nice view. One very small complaint: the opaque curtains did not cover the whole window, so the room could not be made dark during daylight. Otherwise everything was great.

Great location, nice rooms, wonderful service - especially the breakfast waitress.

Good location, central but quiet. Nice big modern room. Friendly service and great breakfast. Stay was let down by the room not being clean. The bed was thankfully clean but bathroom was manky, filth on the walls and doors, the fridge stunk, we couldn’t have a drink as the glasses were disgusting.

This is a great hotel in a perfect location. We would certainly stay here again!
