Perfect hotel in the perfect spot for sightseeing

Beautiful building, across the street from the historical center, 5 stars stay at a very reasonable price

Great location, nice rooms, wonderful service - especially the breakfast waitress.

Good location, central but quiet. Nice big modern room. Friendly service and great breakfast. Stay was let down by the room not being clean. The bed was thankfully clean but bathroom was manky, filth on the walls and doors, the fridge stunk, we couldn’t have a drink as the glasses were disgusting.

This is a great hotel in a perfect location. We would certainly stay here again!

Beautiful hotel close to everything within walking distance. Staff were helpful and very pleasant.

Close to city center, restaurants, UNESCO sight, and city transportation. Room was big and luxurious. At check in there were fruits, water , chocolate for guests. Nice touch.

Very nice hotel

We did not realize we were given a handicapped room due to the price we had paid. Had we known that we definitely would’ve wanted to add a break. There was no trough space, and the shower water splashed all over the floor because there were no shower doors. It was very dangerous to walk after a shower. Also, in order to use the washroom, the hallway light always went on, he went in the middle of the night, the light went on into the bedroom. Most of the staff was very nice, one of the women behind the desk gave us much incorrect information and was not helpful. We almost missed the tram at the train station because of the incorrect information she gave us . The breakfast buffet was very good, however. The air conditioning, adequate, but not understanding.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it is always very nice and pleasant. Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff. It’s near a tram. If you want to use public transportation it’s very easy also walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Hotel was in close proximity to the clity center. No restaurant or bar available in evenings. Restaurant available only for breakfasts, closed later in the day with no info why. Cleaners walking in to the room wothout knocking or warning.

Spacious room with lots of wardrobes, clean, breakfast was fine. 24hr Parking next to hotel. Minutes walk to the Old Town. And good restaurants even closer (check out the Drapal)

Had a bit of a mix up at check in, they had mixed us up with another family from the UK. All went smoothly after that. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, if you went after 9am the hot food was not replenished and the choice was poor. We have stayed at this hotel before and the breakfast was the same then. However we love everything else about it and will certainly return. Fantastic location for the city and site seeing.

Very large room with high ceilings, in good condition. Hotel in a good area only a short walk to the centre of the Old Town. Good welcome. Breakfast average. Recommended.

The hotel is in a great spot - about one block from the entrance to the old town. Very close by to parks, nice walks and a variety of bars and restaurants. The surrounding streets have some classic old buildings and the hotel occupies one of them, but is fully renovated and modernised inside. The staff were efficient and spoke English well. The room was large, and has a small bar fridge / mini bar.
