Everyone was so nice . Breakfast was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay in Summerville, SC. The rooms were VERY clean. The staff was more than helpful. I highly recommend! I need to know what company they purchase their towels from....super soft!

Both beds had DEEP indentations, making the beds horribly uncomfortable. We were told the mattresses were flipped every 3months, but I’ve slept on the same side of my bed for years and don’t have that big of an issue. There were no other handicapped rooms available for us to move to. Housekeeping never came during the 2days we were there, making the trash situation unacceptable. If you’re not going to service the room, at least empty the trash!

Nice hotel with great amenities like free breakfast, cookies, and iced tea. Close by too many shops and restaurants. The front desk, particularly Mary Ann, was very helpful and accommodating our special requests.

We loved this hotel! There was a hot chocolate bar with freshly baked cookies daily, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The gym is very clean as well! Definitely recommend it!

Other than the fire alarm waking us up early on the first day that we could have slept in, our stay was great.
