Large but slightly dated home was clean and comfortable. For the price, I was not impressed with the peeling ceiling in the bathroom or that some of the dishes were not completely clean, but the rest of the home was nice with a lovely patio and was across from the pool. The grounds had beautiful landscaping and the pool was nice. Close to restaurants and shopping with pak n save close for dining in options.

Great place to stay, relaxing and close to everything.

Old and dated, maybe the worst bed I have ever slept in, so uncomfortable and my room was close to the main road so loud cars bikes all night long

Very convenient location, enjoyed the stay, apartment was very clean, I was there with a group of people renting out all different rooms, seemed my one wasnt as 'upto date' as the others older tv, no air con etc, but wasn't a problem, very friendly staff! 10/10

Property was really good enjoyed the pool, spa and the location was great being across the road from shops.

Property was well suited for a stay in Papamoa.

The resort staff were very friendly and happy to deal with any requests we had. The villa was clean but a little dated in terms of decor. We liked the fact that shopping was within walking distance and there was a wide selection of restaurants. Overall I nice quiet place to stay.

We found Pacific Palms very lovely,fantastic host ,very central to everything,very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The Managers are rude and disrespectful and yelled at my 5 year old autistic child. I will never stay here again and I will be telling all my friends and family about how disappointing my experience was at the Pacific Palms Resort in Tauranga.. absolute rubbish. She is obviously not a people's person

the property was very nice and clean, the only comment is on the furniture in the lounge, the couches are quite uncomfortable and sag a bit. Otherwise great property would recommend.
