Very easy going staff. Small rooms and no lift but that is typical in Europe and old buildings. Beds were very comfortable, not a lot of places to plug in phones though. The breakfast was alright, it's the same every day, they take your order and have essentially an english breakfast option made fresh for you. I would probably not have it included if I stayed again just because I'd like some variety. The hot drinks/soup machine was a nice touch, especially when you get in from a rainy day of walking.

Nice room, plenty of space and comfy beds. Staff very friendly. A bit of a climb to the third floor but only a problem because I had a cold at the time! Missed the hot breakfast as had to get the train but staff were so helpful in getting us something to eat. Would stay again

My review is based on this hotel being 2.5 * I checked lots of reviews for hotels in this area - we wanted to be able to walk to the Shaftesbury theatre and Hudson House restaurant and this hotel ticked the boxes :) I was aware of the 4 floors & no lifts - so it wouldn’t be suitable for some ppl. (we were in Room 12 top floor -there’s 32 rooms) Check-in was easy and swift with a friendly receptionist. Breakfast room is on basement level which has windows and is clean and light. With tea/coffee & orange juice - choice of cereals then English of egg, bacon, sausage, hash brown & b.beans with toast & jams Table served 7am-9am (we stayed 1 weekday night) Lovely to have a tasty breakfast in with the nightly rate. There’s also a free drinks machine in the lounge for tea, coffee, chocolate & Bovril. Our room appeared newly renovated (I meant to ask if all the rooms had) Sparsely furnished but clean/fresh. Just a large bed with white crisp linen (also a single bed) - open shelved cupboard with hangers-hairdryer - bedside tables and a shelf & chair, that could be used as a dressing table, if a mirror was fixed on the wall. En-suite was immaculate, again newly renovated with good hot shower. We slept well and it was very quiet. The staff are friendly & helpful and even lent us an umbrella :) Would definitely use this hotel again.

The included Full English Breakfast was fantastic. My room was very small but still sufficient, and with everything I needed. I found all the staff very extremely friendly. While it was nothing spectacular and I did find a ladybug on my pillow, it was overall a good stay.

Great place if you just want a room. Small room and property was quite clean and everything worked. The check-in process was super easy and staff was very friendly. I got exactly what I paid for in a great neighborhood close to the train station, university, British Museum and a ton of shopping and restaurants. The room I got was great for a short stay. Would definitely look at larger room sizes if you were going to be in town more than two days.

Excellent hitel, highly recommended. As someone who regulalrly stays in hotels in the Euston/Kings Cross area, I think this is the best value hotel around. Friendly sraff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast.

B&B located at a quiet lane close to Tottenham court road and Euston stations. Direct connection via Elisabeth line from/to Heathrow airport. Breakfast is “The English” as expected.

The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. The hotel is in a good location for Euston and central London. The hotel could do with refurbishment as it does look tired and old fashioned, but other than that it was fine for what we needed.

Lovely little Hotel. Very friendly and courteous staff, exceptionally clean. Great breakfast! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the bed was too hard! I would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Pros: Hotel was situated in an area which felt safe and was surprisingly quiet. Our room was clean and had convenient shelving which we used to keep our luggage organized. The bathroom was well lit and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very easy walking to a Tesco express, Starbucks, Chipotle, Goodge Street station and bus stops. And while the major attractions aren’t super close, they are walkable if necessary (we ended up walking back to the hotel from Westminster one evening after waiting for a bus that never came). It was wonderful to find a room in London which fit our family of five on a budget. Staff was very friendly and were there to open the front door for us to check in after 11PM when we arrived later than expected due to train difficulties. Cons: Really can’t think of any. Overall, we would recommend the Ridgemount Hotel to any family on a budget looking to visit London.
