Beddings kinda itchy and amenities are not very useful

Everything was perfect and the staff were very helpful, kind and considerate.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Different hot foods each morning. Staff were pleasant. 5 minutes away from West Edmonton Mall.

I think 9:30 am is too early for finish the breakfast and the scramble eggs taste bad :( I bought a cupcake in the bar and was very dry. We love the bed and that staff was kind.

Great location close to everything our family wanted to do

I booked this reservation quite far in advance and at this location as I am a Hyatt member. We had a late check in (10:30pm-ish) and the hotel seemed quite busy as it was a long weekend. We were told our room was on the main floor (128). We walked down a long hallway that had boardrooms along the way and seemed to be a storage area for extra tables and chairs. The room was, I think, a courtesy room for guests that are using the boardrooms. The bed was very squeaky and seemed to be at an angle. The pillows were rock hard. The shower was worn out and needs some love. The room could be refreshed as it is showing it's wear and tear. Don't open the blinds as you will have a lovely view of all the smokers staying at the hotel. I expressed my concern at check out and was not offered any consolation. I would have expected a better room no matter what time we checked in. Very disappointed.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Having the two queen beds and pull-out was perfect for our family. The staff were accommodating and helpful, responding quickly to a request for an extra blanket or wiping our table at breakfast, for example. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was tasty, but how it is served (in pots) was messy. The sliding glass bathroom door wasn’t ideal. It let light out when someone used it in the night and was hard to keep closed. The elevators were slow. But those are minor issues.
