Lots of cubby space in the rooms. Good breakfast, great staff, timely shuttle service.

The location is very convenient and the shuttle is very nice! It would be nicer if the shuttle came a little more often and ran a little later but it was nice to have the option. Everyone who worked at the hotel was extremely friendly and spoke great English, Mudge was exceptionally helpful. The beds were pretty uncomfortable (very firm) but the staff was willing to bring up additional pillows and duvets as I was a little chilly and that held immensely!! The room also had a heater that was quite toasty and comfortable. There is a place to do laundry but the dryer setting did not work very well so we air dried everything in the room. Everything was very clean and the ski/snowboard storage area was very nice as well. The restaurant (Elements) was affordable and delicious as well!

This hotel was amazing for our first time in Niseko. The room was perfect, we enjoyed the free breakfast and bar daily, and loved the shuttle system to and from the mountain. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect spot just off the beaten path close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away that it is quiet.

Great location and reasonable for skiing at niseko. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttles to the lift ran often and on time. Definitely would stay again

Excellent accomodation, shuttle bus was extremely helpful - only downside was the attached restaurant was closed at some points due to staffing issues - but when it was open it was very good.

Located in quiet area. Shuttle service is very good. For a fairly new building there are some disappointments in terms of comfort; Heating in the room is poorly controlled and showers are not equipped with pressure static valves maintaining constant temperature.

No boiled egg in breakfast

check in staff was creepy no ac in mid summer weeds going crazy outside the place no where to sit and visit, no decent lobby, ski storage room stunk

We were quite disappointed by our stay at Always Niseko given the premium we paid for a tiny room without any space for our suitcases. There was housekeeping 1 time during our 8 night stay. Reception staff not overly service minded or happy. Restaurant was only open for breakfast so no place to have a drink in the evening. We would just have expected a bit more given how much we paid to stay here over the NYE period. Breakfast served between 6.30-9.30am and the breakfast staff were lovely.
