I’ve never left a review but after this stay I HAD to! From start to finish this was the best holiday I’ve been on. The place is extremely clean, the staff are the most welcoming and the scenery is amazing! I’d like to specifically thank staff members Mike, Pemba, Mike, Sandese and Evi! You guys were the best!! I would definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend.

It was perfect

One of the best properties on the Greek Islands: staff, facilities, cleanliness and services were on point.

We had a really nice stay! They staff were very kind and helpful. We had some issues with our WiFi. This caused us to have some communication issues with the front desk. But they were very quick to resolve our issues. The food was incredible and the spa service was amazing!

My sister and I loved our experience at Desiterra resort and spa! The staff went above and beyond to help everyone have the best relaxing experience! We would love to go back one day!

Very helpful with our trip in Santorini. Once we checked in we were helped with our stay and activities. The staff was always there to help us with anything we needed. I enjoyed the views but mostly loved how we were make the most out of the trip with the help of the staff. When we come back to Santorini we definitely will stay At Desiterra.

The hotel was clean and very nice. We stayed in a loft honeymoon suite with private pool. The pool was not heated so kind of cold. Also by 3 pm it was shaded for the day as it was on the north side of the room. So end of day time at pool ended up being the common pool. The room was amazing, very nice. There are pool towels available. They say they will bring them out but never do you have to ask. Food was quite expensive compared to within town. It’s a 10 minute drive to virtually anything, the hotel is all on its own no where to walk around.

From management to staff, everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and fantastic 👏. I'll stay there again and again. Looking forward to the opening of the facility in Athens to experience the same level of service 👍. Thank you 😊

Everything is ok but a bit far from city

Definitely aimed at couples or solos for a luxurious quiet getaway. We were with a 10 year old. All of us loved the place and were gutted to leaveI after 4 nights. Very quiet and out of the way so get a car. If you’re looking for a top class retreat this place is amazing. Food is great as is the service. Bit pricey but it’s to be expected with what the resort is aiming for. Highly recommended, we’ll be back!

The property was beautiful hotel owner was very nice. Did not receive any VIP amenities and booked a wine tasting that was canceled last minute overall stay was nice.

Excellent Service and communication!

We had a beautiful time staying in the honeymoon villa! It is perfect for couples! Very secluded and spacious! The pool was great for the super hot days we had. The property is outside of the city and there is only one hilly rocky road that leads to it. It is a 50 minute walk to Fira so be prepared to rent an ATV, Car or pay 25€ each way for a transfer. For example, We needed to go to the market our first day, it cost us 50€. Aside from that the entire staff are amazing — The drivers, cleaning ladies, hotel staff, every one of them! So welcoming and ready to help in a moments notice! We highly recommend this property!

We really like staying at this property because it’s not in the central town area. It’s out on the island a little ways which makes it very quiet, and less crowded than most areas. It’s a very short drive to get to anywhere that you want to go, so it was nice to be out and away from the hustle and bustle of the cities.we really enjoyed the room we stayed in and it was nice to have your own private pool! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Communication was a struggle at times but we always worked through it. The food at the property is very good as well! We would certainly return for a second stay!

Away from the caldera view of Fira and all the tourists. It’s a tranquil resort with cozy service and very private. We enjoyed our stay. You would need a car to go around the island and to Fira/oia. But hotel can arrange an onsite pickup and drop off. Room could use a few cup boards and end tables.

The honeymoon villa was incredible, great size pool.

Great place

Hidden gem in a peaceful location with beautiful views and quiet surroundings. Loved this place and enjoyed everything about it. One minor negative was the bathroom which could have done with some improvement and space for towel rack and a paint job. Amazing time and would definitely revisit again! Travelled as small family so it was so accommodating for us and recommend the spa/massage and the luxury cruise booked for us by reception.

Excellent property with superb swimming pool and sea view. All rooms have their own pools too. Rooms are spacious and very nice. People//team is also very good. We had a ln opportunity to meet owner of hotel who was also kind enough to spake to us and take our small suggestions very positively.
