Understand that the building is mature as well as the apartments but it is kept clean with comfortable beds. The location is perfect in a safe and walkable area

The host is weird- as soon as I arrived she starts asking me to be at the apartment because there will be people who will take the mattress? Why during my arrival when I’m outside e joying the beach and I have many people up meet.After two days she starts again calling me saying they need to do repairs on the air conditioner why now ? The heat in RIO is over 30 degrees and she doesn’t stop from messaging me. Very strange host my god. The towels were smelly and dirty, the blankets smell is like it wasn’t washed. The bedroom floor wasn’t cleaned. The washroom is dirty. Not even a soap was given to guest. She said the checkin was 11 am then she changed her mind to 2pm what a horrible host. No lights on the living room you’re in total darkness. There’s a construction also on the other apartment making the place like you’re in the park. Messaging me non stop on apartment issues when I just arrived at the apartment is totally crazy and mentally insane. I won’t recommend this place - very dirty, old and disgusting place.

Clean room, good location

The furnitures, kitchen counter, floor and specialty the shower was very dirty. We tell them and thy clean shower.

The apartment needs serious updates if not a complete renovation. The microwave plug doesn’t reach the outlet. The kitchen cookware is rusty and bent. We found a dead roach in a tea cup. Black mold in the shower. The drawers in the bedroom were broken. A light bulb was missing and another one was burnt out. They left one toilet paper roll for a two week stay. They didn’t leave a single bar of soap. The towels were stained and they need to be replaced immediately. The mattress was in poor condition. They didn’t provide the proper sheets for the bed. To say something good, the shower pressure was nice, the apartment is close to the beach and tons of options for eating.

The apartment is comfortable and convenient. Several things were broken or not working well, like a lamp, doorknob, and air conditioner. What we don't like is we have asked for a refund for having to leave early due to COVID-19, and have not received a response.

Estávamos em duas pessoas e ficamos no 12° andar. O apartamento é bem localizado, tem supermercados, farmácias e padarias bem perto. Uma lavanderia do lado. É muito perto da praia perto do posto 5. Não tive problemas com o check-in. O apartamento é bem aconchegante, roupas e toalhas estavam limpas. Eu me hospedaria novamente.

Quarto limpo ar condicionado bom banheiro ótimo as instalações são muito boas.

Apartamento aconchegante, sala bem arejada, cozinha equipada co. Fogão, geladeida e forno micro-ondas, armários e vasilhas para preparo de rejeições, café da manhã e lanches em geral. O pessoal do atendimento é nota mil. Indico sempre.

La habitación no era idéntica a las fotos pero tenía lo necesario y ofrecido. La ubicacion es perfecta, tiene cerca un market, lavandería y reataurantes. La playa queda muy cerca

A Estadia foi Ótima . Tudo muito limpo até mesmo os itens usados na cozinha, o apartamento bem arejado com ótima ventilação toalhas e roupas de cama tudo limpo. . O anfitrião e pessoal da recepção bem prestativo . O carro dá para estacionar na frente que facilita muito.tem padaria ,bares ,mercado pizzaria,restaurantes,Adega tudo Na Rua do apartamento . Dá para ver o Mar da janela do quarto . A praia fica bem perto e A feirinha mais perto ainda . A localização é perfeita. Minha família Amou ❤️Com certeza voltaremos.

Como destaque inicial tive a flexibilidade da Danielle para o Checkin antecipado com a minha filha, só por esse motivo já fez toda a diferença. A localização não poderia ser melhor, você está praticamente na esquina da praia. Em baixo você tem todo o comércio que precisa, bares, restaurantes, etc. um Plus adicional ao porteiro que foi sempre muito simpático e prestativo. No quarto você tem tudo o que precisa. Alugarei novamente em breve.

En general todo!! Un lugar limpio, accesible, cerca de la playa, restaurantes. Lo único la compañía de internet, es algo no propio de la propietaria pero si será bueno que lo checaran!!
