For the price it was decent. The pool was not clean. It was full of bugs.

This was our 3rd stay. We had the choice of the expensive hotels, but we always have hard uncomfortable beds. We’ve always had comfortable beds here. The owner doesn’t put up with kids running up & down all night & everyone is always polite with each other. We sit in the breakfast area drinking coffee & talking & the owner joins in on our conversations.

Only one room key provided for three adults. There were muddy dog prints on the back of the door from the previous occupants. The top sheet on one of the beds had holes chewed in it. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, so the TP sat on the edge of the tub. The hair dryer had “muck” all over the top of it.

i would definitely recommend this place it was walking distance to the beach and restaurants the staff cleaned our room every day with new towels.. the breakfast was just so so. the pool was very relaxing 😎

The lady at the front desk wanted a 20 dollar deposit, which I have gave her and I still never received my refund and then when I asked about it, checking out the next morning they tried to tell me that she didn’t do it and then they didn’t need a $20 deposit since I’ve booked through the hotels app

The beds were quite hard, and there was no ashtray provided in the room even when we asked to have one it was not brought to us. We also noticed that the door had a slight gap at the bottom, so we had to prop a chair against it for extra security. The free breakfast was good other than the orange juice tasting terrible. Other than those issues, our stay was good! I would recommend this place for people on a budget and it’s right on the water!

Perfect for quick beach access

My only 2 complaints was the wall in the bathroom in front of toliet needs washed in 208 and there needs to be a smoking room available on bottom for those with mobility issues.

Only good about the room was the cold ac and hot water. All table surfaces had an oily residue on them. Floor covered in dirt. Door would barely close. Bedsides that the location was in a good spot.

Plastic on bed filthy sheets and comforter old and dingy we slept on towels we had in car ice machine around building should be closer to office the reception was young American very nice and friendly smoke detector had piles of dirt covering walls and floors mold and dirty

Legendary!!!! Greatest spot to spend the night in Biloxi and best bang for your buck with free breakfast and direct tv and a mini fridge and microwave and much more then you would ever think you would get with this sweet ass beach front location

Little run down, but you get what you pay for. The location is great. Big gaps between the doors to next room and outside.
