Favorite hotel in Montreal and it's not close. Perfect location. Wonderful hotel and the people that run it are even better. One of my favorite places to stay anywhere in North America

Hotel is in a great central location, and it’s clean and modern. The rooms are nice but they’re small, and didn’t have a great view. The air conditioning didn’t work, and we had to move rooms - but then it didn’t work in the second room either. The staff was dismissive about the issue when we went to the front desk and told us it was normal (even though it wasn’t), and overall they weren’t very helpful.

This hotel was lovely. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. We also loved the rooftop restaurant!

The hotel is in a prime location in Old Montreal, allowing guests to walk to many local attractions. The hotel is well appointed and welcoming; valet parking is easy (not often the case in this part of town). The staff is exceptional and professional. There is a high level of attention to detail around every corner. We did not eat there, but we did have a cocktail at the rooftop bar, which was delicious. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency. The reception manager was kind enough to issue a refund for our night. I would highly recommend this property as a frequent traveler to Montreal.

Great short stay and this excellent hotel

Very busy

The location is fantastic. The pillows in our room, however, had a strong odour to them and when I called to have them replaced, the reception team mentioned they had recently changed all the pillows in the hotel.

Our stay was just one night before flying out. Location was superb, easy access to restaurants and museum of archeology. Staff were extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions, airport transfer and luggage storage. Bed was super comfy. Shower was one of the best I have experienced (3 different settings from multiple sprayers!). Rooftop terrace lovely for a drink overlooking the city. Would definitely recommend the William Gray.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was beyond accommodating and so helpful. Highly recommend.

Rooms are very clean, Luxury products in the bathroom,, quiet, blackout curtains Excellent experience at hotel William Gray in Montreal. We will recommend to our family and friends and definitely will stay here again when in Montreal

Everything about this place was awesome. You cannot beat the location!!!! I'm so happy that chatGPT insisted I would like this hotel! :) Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Recommendations made by the staff were awesome. Hotel is spotless. The vibe was high class yet cozy. We felt like special guests the entire stay! We will absolutely be back!

Perfect for our Montreal get away

Room was comfortable. Breakfast at Maggie Oakes was very underwhelming.. fair service t best and breakfast arrived cold

Clean room, well appointed but not a lot of character in the rooms - lots of cement; however, the rest of the hotel - lobby, bars, restaurants are gorgeous.
