Great location , loved the roof top pool Beautiful hotel !

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar were nice and relaxing with beautiful views.

Great hotel with lovely friendly staff in a great location

Staff was excellent, ac was great, water pressure awesome and breakfast had loads of yummy options but the cleanliness wasn’t great this time. I stayed 2 years ago and it was super clean but it needs a good deep clean, the washrooms by the breakfast room were gross and my room was very dusty. Bed is firm and pillows aren’t what I’m used to in North America but it’s typical for Europe. I would stay again as the staff knocked it out of the park, rooftop pool was great and they left me a gift and hand written note for being a repeat customer which is five star classy.

Very comfortable and good location. However, shower was super slippery and the design of the bathroom was so awkward that I hit my elbow twice on the shower door handle. Also, no fitness center.

Great location, short walk from train station and major sights. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants close-by. Convenient to most travellers. Check in was fast and easy, staff super friendly and helpful. Room was ok, lighting quite dark. Mattress was comfortable. Pillow too soft. Not noisy, despite close to street. Complimentary bottled water replenished daily. Cleaning part was ok. Few essential things like The disposable cups were not replaced daily. Breakfast choices was average. Though the breakfast staff were super hardworking, great people even remembered our coffee order, made our stay quite special. Praises to the breakfast team. Recommend for it’s convenience.

Contemporary decor, spotlessly clean, lovely rooftop bar, and delicious breakfast with friendly helpful staff in all parts of the hotel. Very convenient location close to train station and only 10 mins walk to centre of Florence. Perfect!

Great stay. Location is great for shopping, dining and walking around to see the sights. The hotel staff was outstanding and responsive to our needs. The breakfast was great way to start the day.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room assigned to us overlooked the courtyard in the back so it was very quiet. It was bright and clean with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was very satisfying. On our last day, we had to leave extremely early, long before breakfast room open time. We were pleasantly surprised that we were each given a breakfast bag to take with us. Thank you! All the staff members were helpful and treated us with courtesy. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Lovely staff and hotel. Excellent location with 7 minute walk to the Duomo. We didn’t need to take any transport anywhere. Just walked around the city. Bathrooms are a little tired but the bedroom was excellent. Great variety for breakfast. Super friendly staff.
