Excellent hotel, staff, service and setting

Excellent accommodation, wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. My room was beautiful. Perfect location just outside the busy area, can walk everywhere:). Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean & tidy the hotel was beautifully decorated as with all the Guesthouse Hotels. A few days prior to check in I received an email offering luggage pick up from the station, we thought this was a fabulous idea and booked our day around it, planning to visit the baths, unfortunately this was not actioned and after waiting for 15 minutes I called and was told their had been an oversight. We missed our slot for the baths because we had our luggage. An apology was offered and a free drink, but we had the free drink included in our package anyway. It was my daughters birthday so didn’t want to make a fuss but it really did dampen our trip.

Fantastic Hotel, less than 10 minutes from everything you could ever want to see in Bath! Would recommend skipping the hotel car parking and using the nearby Podium Car Park - £18 for 24 hours, very secure and had no hesitation leaving the car there.

Clean room great location

Clean, bright room with very comfortable bed. Nice staff and great location.

I stayed in rooms 25 and 28. The property is worse for wear with mould in the bathrooms, filthy toilet brushes, broken fixtures. It’s super expensive for what it is.

This hotel was the most beautiful accommodation of our entire trip. The bed linens were luxurious and the room so well appointed, with thoughtful extras such as classical music playing on the small radio in our room. The staff was very friendly and the location in Bath was perfect; walkable and convenient. Highly recommended; thank you!

Limited parking and it took me over 30 mins to park due to bath traffic. It also cost £18 a day. Hotel in great condition although my kids complained about the comfort of the bed which was a sofa bed and was too soft. My bed was good though. Breakfast ok but for 25 quid a bit expensive when you only get a coffee, juice and 1 item off al a carte. Location excellent. Good hotel bust a few niggles as price is quite high.

The decor of the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very lovely, the dollhouse with the tea and coffee etc is so cute. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a wonderful location and very close to everything.
