However, the staff refused to let me stay because I did not have a passport (I repeat, my passport was taken by the staff to apply for a Resident Visa, and they issued a certificate of temporary use). I came from out of town to visit during the Chinese National Day holiday, and during my trip, I used this document all the time without any problems. I did not expect that the hotel would refuse my stay in the hotel. In addition, the staff also asked me to cancel the stay with the application myself, which I could not do. The staff also gave me a bad expression. I feel very sorry.

The staff did not know much English and made it difficult for us to check in. Our passports had a 24-hour transit visa sticker and were cleared without having to stamp the passport, but the hotel staff required it. immigration stamp, otherwise they won't let you check in and call the police. I don't understand China's policy, but at least the staff should learn to update information to better support guests.

Pertama kali check in agak bingung karena dikasih kamar yang belum dibersihkan. Kendala bahasa juga karena enggak paham bahasa Mandarin saya. Lokasi the best dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, tapi sayang agak susah dapat makanan halal.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. In front of the river to hang out, the streets are busy 24 hours so you feel safe.

XinHua hotel has a pretty good location, close to crowded places, pedestrian street, MRT station, easy to go to various places. Room facilities, clean. Bathroom is clean, hot water works well. Recommended.

Very disappointed, it was suitable the room was told to move rooms. Even though I have booked 5 days. The reason is there are guests who want their customers to come in. I was told to move rooms, too. Very unprofessional.
