The rooms are not as clean as I would expect for the money I paid

GREAT QUICK STAY

Liked the sea view from the second floor. Did not like having to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach the room. No lifts available. People can have medical problems which does not allow them to use stairs. You can request 1st floor accommodation but still have to climb atairs to get there.

I was absolutely grateful that I booked a room after arriving in Onslow at 6am and I was able to check-in 10am at short notice. Due to listening to google maps which took me on a gravel road on my car, and turned my 3hr ttip into nearli 9hrs. So was very grateful for accommadating my request. Staff were very pleasant although being tired who I came across was helpful. Although it was just for the night, I do recommend ordering the Lamb Shank, Mash and Veg it was delicious and amazing top marks to all those who were involved in preparing the food. I ate in my room as I was'nt in a socialising mood and very tired. Overall I really am grateful for everything, I left some refreshments for those who want it. I will definitely be visiting in the near future preferrably for more than a night.👍🙏

Easy to get to everything in town.

The room was clean, used the washing machine it was good to catch up on that whilst travelling, comfy bed, litter veranda, see the ocean and sunrise, peaceful. Friendly staff.

We really enjoyed the ocean views. The staff were very attentive and helpful when our swipe card didn’t open our room. The room was clean with cooktop, crockery, cutlery snd washing machine. We would have liked more pillows (one each supplied). We stayed on a public holiday and didn’t realise the hotel bar and food was closed. We were able to get takeaway food from the nearby resort.

The room had a nice outlook looking over the ocean. The room was of a reasonable size and had all the things required for a good night's stay. The only downfall for me personally was the stairs to get up to the room as I'm not very fit, (but that's my issue not theirs) and the air-conditioner makes a very loud noise, like a plane taking off, once an hour I would say, which is enough to wake you in the early hours, but at least it was cold so that is good. Would have been nice to have a breakfast option for those staying, but we had to find alternative means for food and coffee.

We had a great stay and the manager at the front desk couldn’t do enough for us so definitely recommend this place. We found all the staff extremely friendly and accommodating and the room was a good size with everything in it that we could wish for ( including a washing machine!) Close beach and shops, would stay here again!

Well located in the centre of town. Cold beer at a reasonable price, meals are great. The rooms are clean and well presented. , a bit over priced at $180 a night, but that seems to be the norm in these pandemic times ( charge what you like and they will pay) I woke the next day only to discover that there were no towels.
