It's conveniently located near a shopping center (Colinas Shopping), grocery store, and restaurants. You know what to expect from an Ibis Hotel and this one didn't disappoint. It's not a fancy hotel, but has everything you need for a good night of rest.

For an even better experience, it would be advisable to replace the bath towels, as they were quite worn.

A rede de hotéis Ibis tem boa localização e custo benefício, porém vem pecando na qualidade do enxoval e em todos as unidades que fiquei recentemente os banheiros não possuem exaustão, o que leva todo o odor do ambiente para o quarto. O enxoval estava muito velho, manchado e com um cheiro nada agradável.

Property needs more maintenance, cleaning

No no no!!!! This place is a dump. Mold on the ceiling and pics are not for real. I walked in and the beds are like disgusting and hard and is a very old tourist pension hostel kind of a place. I would not use the bathrooms even if you pay me…got another one right away…they refused to refund me but not a big deal…don’t stay there

Black roof mold on bathroom ceiling. Mattress is uncomfortable. It felt like a budget motel.

This hotel is at a great location. Walking distance to the mall. It is a great stay for the price !

Overall was a great experience, there was only a noise that bothers me a little while I was in my room, sounded like a air conditioning system (mine was off), but it finished after a while. Good side, I could watch the sunset :-)

We were worried there wouldn't be an extra bed for baby but they had a room with an extra bed ready for us when we arrived. Very good service.

Very nice hotel and cost effective, if you aren´t looking for extras like stocked minibar, etc. The breakfast is very nice and the location unbeatable in the Colinas region of São José dos Campos
