Very close to our destination

Many things didn't work, no water available at breakfast. Kids toys left under the be. Staff was not

Hotels.com and Home2Suites worked together to make sure I had a great room in which I could feel comfortable and safe. The ease of check in was a plus. I could live in that room because it was perfect for my special needs.

Very clean, comfortable, large room. I booked for a night to see a concert at Huntington Banks Field. Hotel was about 20 min from event and conveniently located next to interstate. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Gym is very small and in the front lobby.

The staff is always so nice and accommodating, friendly and willing to help. Darrin and Rachel were there most of the time when we there and the young light skinned AA guy from days were all very nice and always said Hi to my nephew ( he'll say hi 100 times a day LOL). All in all recommend

What a find! Never stayed at this chain before. Clean, roomy, lots of unexpected positives -- good towels, substantial bathroom and room, kitchenette, nice swimming pool, decent breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

It is Family Friendly!

The hotel is not in an clear location upon arrival, but it is accessible and safe. The breakfast options were good and plenty.

Everything was good, but I barely slept due to the very uncomfortable pillows.

Very good! When we got into the suit it was pretty fun and we went to the pool but the bathroom smells. 4 stars

The stay is always great but they really need to change their breakfast. The oatmeal was cold, the waffle mix was too watery and just the overall selection is terrible. Just do Danish and fruit and cold cereal if you can’t offer better food.

Room was clean, breakfast was wonderful. However we was put on the third floor and i have no idea if they were doing constuction on the fourth floor or what but it was so noisey that qe could not sleep.
