Wifi extremely poor and unable to watch TV as it relied on the wifi. The normal TV aerial also did not work well. Room was clean but old. Not sure why we didn't get housekeeping. No real explanation given.

I had a very disappointing experience at Comfort Inn Cleveland. The service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. The staff members were rude and not helpful at all, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. There was no proper guidance, and it was very difficult to even find my room. The room itself was not up to standard. It had an unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in, and the beds were not clean, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, there were hardly any amenities provided, making the stay even more inconvenient. Overall, this place does not meet basic expectations for comfort or service. I would not recommend staying here.

Excellent location, great staff and very welcoming environment. Parking is easy, shops restaurants all in walking distance, great clean pool and welcoming staff, very happy with our stay

The room was born and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, the pool area needs a bit of upgrading, no pool towels, the reception area was very nice. We had a late check out with no problems. I wished we had upgraded for a balcony. Location was excellent with everything very handy

The first room they gave me the boxspring was smashed under the mattress and the mattress sitting in it and they knew that. The next room they changed me to the shower door three sections kept on falling off every time he used it. There was a big crack and smash in the bathroom door there were holes in the walls And glue. Tape marks on the walls, and the carpet had stains in it. Look like a lot of alcoholics stayed there, banging doors all the time and smelling of drugs in the hallways. The gardens were unkept. The swimming pool had green algae grind along the sides. And they left the automatic robot cleaner for the pool in it continuously. Outside of the pool was filthy and dirty and for the six days we stayed there. No one removed a punctured inflatable large light on the ground with dirt and dirty water all over it. Much of the hotel was like a person had been a hoarder and hoarded things and all different corners and junk. Some days trash in front of the front door stayed there for days. When I asked for a change of room since they gave me the worst room. They had the first night we arrived. They said there was no other rooms available. Although on Expedia biggest travel site in the world, it said they had three rooms available. Their advertise and comforting sign had flickering light in it continuously. It looks like they don’t do any maintenance if they don’t have to. The faucet in the shower leaked all the time. I could tell there’s no point in talking to the people.

Clean room. Easy walking distance to the main street for supermarkets and restaurants. Quick stroll down to the raby bay as well

this place has completley lost the plot Air con had no filter on it free to air tiv does not work at least 5 ladies of the night renting rooms out which is no drama except when you are trying to sleep and you charge 200 a night teh bathrooms was a disgrace the bar not open not even from 5 till 7 i have never complained i take the view bad word of mouth is good enough but wotif should not be advertising this place and what a shame it used to be very good. Dont stayt here unless its 50 a night and you like noise all night. Dreadful

Right in the middle of Cleveland so convenient for restaurants and shops. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The whole place could do with a revamp as was very tired. The lift didn’t work on the day I was there so had to carry bags down one flight of stairs. Rooms are large and the shower was great bed was comfortable. I think that there are long term guests so can get a bit noisy at night. Parking was good and felt safe. No breakfast or restaurant at the motel. There was a bar but I didn’t see it open.

Red flag when I drove into the carpark. There was a guy setup at a table and chairs in the carport beer in one hand smoke in the other supervising? kids on scooters running around the car park. Woken up 11.30 at night by one of the residents I think in the room above me singing nursery rhymes and other noises through an amplification. I wouldn't recommend staying there

Pros -Check In was fast and easy. lots of parking Room Is set out nice. Room is aged but property is in a good loaction. Cons- Noted small cockroaches on the wall when first walked in so pest control needs attention. Night time entry on a dark street and only visible sign was half lit. Corridor/Hallway smelt like pet odors. In my opinion if the the above items where rectified I would give it a better rating.
