Very good stay, motel lovely and comfortable. Would stay there again. They were a bit confused about our booking and payment through Expedia who sorted it very quickly.

Super dated, also some of the cabinets were water damaged and have not been replaced. A couch was provided however it was so uncomfortable we chose to sit on the bed instead. There is no AC or heat pump. The only thing this Motel had going for it was the location as it was a short walk to the CBD and that there is free parking in site. Suffice to say I would not stay here again.

The room was great. The only thing I recommend is a laundry facility. Everything else was great.

Lovely area with lots of dining options and attentive staff at the motel.

Such a great little treasure! Room was clean, bed was super comfy and we even had a small lawn with a picnic table available to use. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, the walls are thick, so you won’t hear your neighbours snore… Can’t wait to go back and visit again.

Overall very happy wirh the room and location of the hotel, central location close to the city. The only negative is that there is no air conditioning. It was warm and the room gets quite stuffy. A small fan was provided but didn't do too much to cool things down.

Clean,tidy and semi modern apartment style arrangement. Bathrooms were clean.

Lovely friendly uncomplicated check-in. Well placed motel for walking to restaurants and shops.

No Sky TV bed not very comfortable

Unit was very clean. Receptionist was very helpful on arrival. It was good to have a small freezer compartment with the fridge. Motel is very handy to the CBD and to access the bridge to take you to Mount Maunganui.

Room was very clean and tidy. Staff were amazing and went that extra mile to ensure we were comfortable.
