No a good practice to charge an extra fee for a minor change based on a booking mistake.

My wife and I did not like this motel for the following reasons Roaches everywhere,the air conditioner did not cool the room no wifi the bed was very uncomfortable and no cable tv.

Worst hotel stay ever! Dirty room; torn curtains; dirty bedding; one towel ~ just a run down, ill kept dump of a place.

The parking lot full of pot holes.

Staff was friendly. Parking lot was terrible, pots holes and mounds to traverse. Walkways to my room were plywood and there were buckets by each room door, not sure if that was to catch AC condensation or for trash. Room door locked well but you could see light around all edges. Room had a nice TV, frig and microwave and 3 soda chairs,one table and the wi-fi worked well.Towels were limited. Toilet was in an usual position, between the sink and shower however faced the bedroom wall and there was little room to easily sit. Didn't use the shower and not sure I would have had I had time. Being a male alone and needing only one night this room worked well for me. No way would my wife have stayed here

Perfect for my needs. No issues as far as location...

I knew enough Spanish and the desk clerk knew enough English that we were able to communicate. There is a planter in the center of the parking lot that used to be a pool. My room had a crack in one of the window sections with tape on it. The walls were cinder block painted in mostly matching off-white paint. There was a small window A/C in the back of the unit. It did have a microwave, mini-fridge and a modern flat panel TV. The wireless web was fast enough. If you closed your eyes, it was comfortable enough, but this is not a place to take the family.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place. Upon arriving the area felt unsafe, also the pool had been filled in and had grass growing on it. We would have left but I had prepaid online. When we arrived we were given a room where no parking was available, I asked the night manager and he pretty much said "I don't care where you park". So after parking at a good 80 yards from the room and having to walk our 8 weeks old daughter through 40 degrees temperature we got into the room. The room smelled like mold, this was a heavy smell so much so that my daughter instantly started to cry. The heater didn't work (with 40f outside), the bathroom looked unkempt and uncleaned (see photos), the bed was lopsided. After discussing it for a minute we decided sleeping in the car would have been much better. I went to talk to the manger and after explaining that we simply could not stay in that room with no heat with a baby and that it was 2 AM so he could afford to give us one of the rooms with working heat that were available he finally agreed to give us a better room. The new room was larger, had two beds and the heater worked, the bathroom was better, it still had a mildew smell but much lighter, my daughter stopped crying so we knew it didn't bother her. The manager had me sign why I had to be changed. I realized I had never been given a WiFi password but decided to just forget it. Overall I would never go there again or recommend this place.

The attention was excellent!! Only thing was we couldn't get the fridge to work, there was no phone on any rooms and we couldn't get proper hot water in the shower. Will stay again for business or unexpected trip.

please don't go this hotel.the worst place

We booked 2 rooms one the ac did not work and it was hot for 3 nights. As we where part of the hurricane we asked to get our taxs back and the owner said no

Everything was clean and Had my restful sleep.

Hotel need clanliness

The rate of the occupancy was in my tight budget; I had an emergency visit. However, this is my real first "Roach Motel" experience. Believe it or not, I have never stayed in a room with roaches literally crawling around. Since I had nowhere else to stay at that late hour, I succumbed to this disastrous facility. My God and Country, please do not allow anyone to suffer sleeping anywhere with unsanitary or unsafe conditions- FOR PROFIT!
